Philly living management is truly the only management company I’d consider renting from in Philly. I lived in one of their buildings for 6 years, and will be moving to another apartment that they manage in a few weeks. They’re seamless to work with, quick to answer emails, and the tenant portal makes paying rent and submitting requests a breeze. Mike Gordon gets a special shout out - he showed me my first apartment in Philly that I absolutely loved. Working with him for a second time it’s clear he’s excellent at his job. He’s extremely communicative and kept all of my apartment wants/needs in mind when making suggestions. Incredibly personable and just an overall good guy. I’ll always recommend Philly living management!
Michael Gordon is THE BEST. He’s great at what he does and found us an abundance of properties that fit our criteria, then worked with us through the entire process until we secured our new home! His system is straightforward and effective, and he’s super on top of it with quick response times and great communication. We were in a super crunch and he found us a place to live (that we love AND is well within our budget!) in under two weeks. Not only is Michael great at his job, but he’s so down to earth and absolutely hilarious which made a stressful situation surprisingly really fun! Also he’s a die hard birds fan so nuff said. I had rented a property through PLMG & had a very easy relationship with them, so when I decided to purchase my first home in April of this year I felt comfortable that they would take care of me. Sabina Palermo is a true professional. Being my first home I likely needed more advice than most throughout the process & she was always ready to help. She was prompt, straightforward, & honest. Most importantly to me, she did what said she was going to do. If the time comes where I need to purchase another home I would be a repeat customer
Visited an apartment at 930 Pine st. What a dive, water leaking down walls, crumbling plaster on filthy rigs, rickety railings. Property is not maintained well and makes me think Philly living is not a landlord I would want despite the big portfolio of properties.
