We worked with Mike, and he was truly awesome! In an experience that is usually stressful, he made it really fun! He was very timely and had great communication. I would highly recommend working with him.
My husband and I worked with Mike Gordon to get into our new apartment in Philly and he was great. It felt like he really wanted to see us win and was great with answering questions. Some of the nuance to the contract were complicated to me and Mike took the time to break it all down. He was the most available and responsive partner we have worked with! highly recommend.

Wish I could give Michael Gordon more than 5 stars. One of the kindest people and made the process seamless. He was so knowledgeable and helpful, being incredibly responsive in answering our (sometimes stupid) questions. He was able to help us in finding our dream place and will definitely be looking for him again when it is our time to buy a home!
Mike Gordon at PhillyLiving was absolutely amazing. He ensured I had an array of homes within my budget, taste, and neighborhood preferences and organized tours that fit within my busy schedule. He learned quickly what my preferences were and showed me nothing but the best homes/apartments available.
