My daughter and I were in Westport the other day to shop at Pryde's (which is the only reason I ever go to Westport). We decided to stop at Pickleman's for lunch since neither of us had tried it before. I have to say that this experience does not make me want to return to a Pickleman's. The first thing we saw when coming in was a sign that said "No Public Restrooms". I kind of get it because Westport, but still I think a paying customer should be allowed to use the restroom. That is the reason for me giving one star on "atmosphere". The lady who made our sandwiches was pleasant and gave good service. The food we ordered was okay. I think my daughter enjoyed her sandwich, but my mini chicken salad sandwich and broccoli cheese soup was just so-so. There wasn't much chicken salad on the sandwich and the soup was rather bland. Also this place is pretty spendy. Pickleman's needs to provide a better value to their customers. Our meals added up to around $26 and then there's the ever-popular tip question on the screen which I could have said no to, but I hate to do that so I added on a small tip. Overall, not impressed with this sandwich shop and probably will not return to this or any Pickleman's location.

employee was pretty rude and standoffish, it was my first time there so i was a bit intimidated. got served THE MOST underripe avocado as well. my fork broke on impact.
My first time ordering from this chain and the food was delicious! I got the Buffalo chicken sandwich on white. It starts with great bread and they are above the competition. I also appreciated that they had their own delivery service and the fee was only $1 ish. I placed the online order at 12:45pm with time quoted 75min, but it arrived in 20min. Fast service and the food arrived hot and tasty. Overall their prices are reasonable and competitive. Will definitely order again. Highly recommend!
Good sandwich, but I had a slight issue with my half sandwich that was much more like 1/3 of a bun. Now don't get me wrong, it was yummy, but it could have been bigger!

I had a huge party across the street from this location. I decided to offer my guests to get whatever they wanted that night from Pickleman’s way in advance using the website. I called Pickleman’s to warn them of this huge pre-order online and the manager, Chris, was incredibly helpful. He made sure to have the staff and product available on that night to fulfill our order on time! And they did! Everyone did a perfect job—they labeled the individual sammies and everything! All my guests got a perfect sandwich! Thank you everyone at Pickleman’s!
Great food, friendly employees and fast service!
Today my work placed a large to-go order. Brie (not sure on the spelling) absolutely knocked it out of the park!! She was nothing short of friendly and attentive. Even with a such a last minute large order there wasn't a single complaint from her. She was so good we're sitting here talking about how we would love to have someone like her on our staff!
