Very clean and tidy, workers were very cheerful and engaging. Food was delicious! Best broccoli cheese soup I’ve had in awhile 12/10! Chipotle Mac and cheese was 8/10. Cookies were phenomenal will be taking home a dozen more!
Tonite I made an order online. I'm a vegetarian. I had modifications to my order added a lot of veggies to my pizza and my salad and at the end I asked for no bacon. They did not disappoint. There was no bacon.when I picked up my order and confirmed no.bacon they were so nice and assured me no bacon. Whoever was working tonite was fantastic. My order was 10 out of 10. Thank you!!
Their food has always been good. But at this point, with inflation, it’s no longer worth the prices. You can go to Panera and pay the same cost for more quantity. Haven’t eaten here in over a year. Ordered a Mac and cheese bowl, paid almost $11 after tax, and received maybe 6 bites of food. Just disappointing.
We ordered three subs for our family to be delivered while our daughter was in the hospital . One was a kids pizza sub and two were Italian clubs added banana peppers and mustard to both. Neither had mustard and we got a total of four peppers in each sub. My daughter’s kids pizza was ridiculous for $8.00. See pic for what it looked like. Never going again! Spent $50 for them all to be wrong.
I grew up in kc and have never heard of this place until July 3, 2026. I came in and the gentleman with the tattoos on his arm was absolutely amazing. He was so so so kind and even told me about some places to visit since I hadn’t been on that side of kc before. I went in and ordered the broccoli cheddar soup and it comes with a 6in hoagie that they toast made to order and let me tell you this. I am a VERY picky eater and I have stomach issues that make it extremely difficult to eat, let alone a full 12 oz bowl of soup + bread. I ate all of it. I even went back up and asked for more bread because it was so delicious. Their white bread is better than their wheat bread but both were still absolutely amazing. I have never written a review for a restaurant before, but that gentleman who helped me deserves a raise. He was just the most helpful guy I’ve ever met. Will 100000% be back again!!!!
The closing younger Caucasian guy and girl employees complaining about making food while they’re open. Unprofessional! The older lady deserves a raise! Never had this problem before! 5-1-26
I ordered a Turkey Bacon Club Sandwich, my go to order from Picklemans. I really want the company to know that my sub was absolutely amazing and who ever was involved making this sub sandwich deserves a raise! I am impressed with the freshness and the perfect amount of honey dijon added, and the vegatableS taste so fresh and pair so well on this delicious sub bread! I honestly could eat this sub every day! If picklemans is open on doordash, I highly recommend ordering from here as they also take tje time to staple your bag closed. This location in Westport is the best!
Ordered delivery, and the staff left a sandwich out of the order. I had to drive to the location to pick up the remaining item, and they did not have it prepared and offered no free items or an order comp after the wait. The line cook appeared to be watching kids who were unattended in the restaurant. Not a fun experience after having to park blocks away on a weekend just to make it in.
Food was good perfect size sandwiches only wish they had more side options otherwise it was yummy!!! Atmosphere was ok clean but cold
Rebecca is the best! I ordered DoorDash and it’s 2 hours so I tried to cancel but DoorDash was only trying to refund me less than half. So I called her, she remade the order her self and DoorDash ended up getting another driver to go get it. They were so busy and she stayed on the phone with me to make it right and gave my driver a drink while he waited. Thank you for being so kind and making sure we got what we needed!
