My daughter ordered two turkey sandwiches from Pickleman's through door dash to our hotel. I would estimate that the amount of turkey per sandwich at between 1.5 and 2 oz. The sandwich is made on a tasty little baguette, cut in half. One of the halves of my sandwich had absolutely nothing on it. No exaggeration - no mayo, lettuce, tomato - just 25% of my sandwich had nothing on it. There were 4 rounds of a very small roma tomato that maybe covered 40-50% of the sandwich. My daughter had a similar experience, although she managed to perhaps get 2-2.5 oz of turkey. The sandwich WAS actually tasty, and would have been delicious if it had a reasonable amount of turkey, tomatoes and lettuce on it. So if you order from Pickleman's, make sure and ask for extra meat. To their credit, the poor woman who answered the phone politely listened to my complaints and kindly agreed to tell the kitchen that turkey sandwiches should actually have turkey on them.
We stopped in for some evening munchies after watching the Chiefs game in Westport. Garlic cheese bread was devoured by the whole table. Even the Gluten-free pizza crust was a hit. Shout out to JT! He was inviting & accommodating. I can see why he is a key manager. His customer obsession is apparent as he went above and beyond to create an inviting and enjoyable experience. We'll definitely be back next time we're in town!

The servers are really nice women, but the inside was very messy in the bathrooms were disgusting. The food is really good but personally I still don't think it beat Subway
Food costs must be really high; I ordered the Turkey Bacon got a lettuce bacon tomato and mayo sandwich with avacado. I received all but the turkey literally. Since when did picklemans use 1 slice of deli meat folded for an entire sandwich??? Thats not the sandwich builds standards. Also to be charged almost $16 for the sandwich alone no add ons to get just veggies is crazy work. Idk what's going on at this location but your manager or crew needs to get it together. I have pictures of the sandwich too.
I went at 11:20 PM to buy something, and the service was fine. However, I asked if I could use the restroom while I waited, and an employee told me that the restroom was already closed. How is it possible that the restroom is closed 40 minutes before closing time.
Average food as usual but this particular location served me spoiled/rotten lemonade to-go resulting in gastrointestinal distress. I've tried to call them to report this but they refuse to answer. Suffice to say we will never ever eat here again and a heads-up to others that this could also happen to you.
The guy there was more personable than the ladies. But all In All good service. Great food!!! I have never been there before. The Italian was amazing and do was the beef Italian.
We are not from KC, and spent the day at museums and just wanted a light sandwich from somewhere other than the chains we see in OK. My wife found Picklemans, so we decided to make the stop. There are a ton of options in the area, and almost got sidetracked, but ended up here as planned. The atmosphere is a slightly more upscale subway. Clean and bright. The menu was clear to understand and order from. Service was great. The sub was very good. Ingredients tasted fresh, vegetables were fresh, and we liked the selection of chips. The lemonade may be the best I have had. The only downside was the price. $31 for two combos is a bit steep, but...the food was good enough that I would eat there again, even knowing the price. I just see that as a turnoff for a lot of people. I'd love to try the pizza. We saw one come out and it looked great.
Didn't feel like cooking for Mother's Day and decided to try Pickleman's for a sandwich. The Mother working seemed to be by herself and despite how hard I imagine that to be, she was pleasant, hard working and our order was made exactly as we asked for it! I wish I had gotten her name, but know she is one awesome worker!! We ordered the buffalo chicken sandwich, the Italian sandwich, the avo-chopped salad, chips and a pickle. Everything was made to perfection and wrapped with care. It was just what we wanted and tasted so good. We will be back!!
