I found out about PMG Executive Search through a business friend who recommended them to me. They took the time to listen and help us redesign some of our job descriptions to improve our search for optimal candidates. The result was a spectacular pool of candidates that saved us so much time.

My goal in acquiring the services of the Paul Mitchell Group (PMG) was to leverage the expertise of the talent management company to find a more rewarding job; where I feel I am making more of a difference in the organization. Robert (Bob) Wilson was my career advisor and I appreciate all of the support that he provided throughout the process. The main premise of the PMG process is to help the job searcher produce a strong portfolio (resume, Linkedin profile, etc.) and then guide the person in pursuing a proactive job search; which includes reaching out to target organizations, networking with relevant contacts and tapping into a hidden job market that never makes it into published job postings. Bob worked with me to enhance the content and format of my resume; as well as provided valuable guidance in writing effective cover letters, leveraging social media as a resource and improving my interviewing skills. Bob did well in introducing and guiding me through this networking process; something that I hadn't taken advantage of in the past.

I was concerned in the beginning but was put at easy by Paul and worked with Mandy and Pam. The main things they provided that was missing was an all inclusive resume, linked profile, introduction letters and supported by interviewing techniques and mock interviews.
