- Legal Advocacy: Connects people living with HIV/AIDS to the income and healthcare necessary to secure stable housing and improve health outcomes. In 2024/25, 1,813 individuals accessed and retained stable income and healthcare.
- Workforce Development: Offers nationally recognized rehabilitation services, including assessment, career navigation, and job search assistance. In 2024/25, PRC helped 450 adults reinvigorate their livelihoods, independence, and self-esteem.
- Residential Services: Provides residential treatment, supportive housing, and employment training for longer-term social rehabilitation, helping individuals rebuild their lives.

The legal staff was great when I applied for SSDI. Since then, when I needed help with any healthcare concerns, they have transferred me to Vaughan (SP?) Even th0ough they say they do benefits counseling, apparently he is a rolodex. All he did in the two times I have had the misfortune of trying to get info, was to refer me to another organization. One of his referrals had no idea why he would have referred me to them, the other was helpful, but unsure why PRC couldn't have answered the question. Go to them for SSDI, don't waste your time with Vaughan.
They offer a nice variety of services especially for those who have some form of disability. Their staff is friendly and helpful.
Greatfull especially during a time right after the holidays and I had family problems. That i can reach out to them and getting a helping hand for my bills,thank you.
