The people who work there are very respectful and they (are) of service to the community. I've been using PRC off and on for about 7yrs. The have always been helpful and courteous and they don't give you the run-around, straight forward and easy to work with!

After retaining an attorney at positive Resource Center pro bono they all are I was able to complete the court process and I won my case. The staff is very knowledgeable friendly and helpful. Because of them and especially the attorneys I now have a monthly income due to my disability. That's their specialty and it's all they do.

mi primera vez aqui, solo queria imprimir algunas hojas de mi resumen curricular para dejarlas en algunos nego My first time here, I just wanted to print some sheets of my resume to leave at some businesses to start working soon, THEY COULD NOT HELP ME, because I'm not a client, I told them, I just arrived from Texas, it didn't go well, could you help me with something? I know food and refer to a place to go to sleep, they gave me a sheet with some directions, they couldn't help me with some food either, bro I just need to print some resumes and some food and water to be able to continue, I know this whole process and the situation is my fault for having bad decisions, it is difficult for me to ask for help, I am very proud and I have never been at this low point to which I do not want to be again, but I honestly did not feel empathy, they told me that they could help me with a taxi cab, but they don't help me to print some resume sheets to start standing up for myself, I had to leave the office quickly, I don't want to go bankrupt and I will get out of this situation soon, but I may be very sensitive and see everything from another perspective, but I did not feel or see in any way that they wanted to help me.

Not only are they great attorneys, their great people. There to help by answering questions, being your voice and guide you through the hurdles that Social Security has potential benefactors go through to get the services they(we)need to survive. They filed for SS for me in 2012 and just helped me win my appeal to continue my benefits after Social Security denied me, after my review in July 2018. The attorneys at PRC, proves that not all attorneys are snakes, cause those at PRC are Guardian Angels!

20 years ago one if its lawyers either diligently to obtain my federal disability. Sadly, the organization got in bed with the social security administration and allowed it to access clients' privileged files. Both the lawyer and I left positive resource in disgust.

Lee is one of the most amazing people in this city. HE is so reliable and professional... He really should have a formal recognition for the many years he has been working for Emergency Fund. Good work Lee. Thank you so much.

Review Title: Severe Systemic Accountability Breakdown and Client Abandonment As a 70-year-old San Francisco resident navigating a life-threatening, chronic underlying health condition, I am publishing this review as a matter of urgent public record and citizen advocacy. The administrative organizations operating under municipal and state healthcare contracts in California have demonstrated a catastrophic failure of basic operational competence, transparency, and consumer protection. My grievance stems from a severe, 86-day administrative failure during my annual state medication assistance program recertification. My assigned caseworker at a contracted San Francisco service provider demonstrated a fundamental lack of professional capability regarding complex insurance and public program compatibility. This core error resulted in four consecutive enrollment denials by the processing entity. Rather than rectifying these errors, the worker abruptly vacated their responsibilities and abandoned my case entirely during an active crisis. This operational blackout left me exposed to an immediate $1,470 out-of-pocket cost for life-critical prescription medications. To secure active coverage and protect my health, I was forced—while managing intense physical pain from severe spinal stenosis—to independently bypass this agency, execute my own research, and coordinate my own insurance transition. The subsequent institutional response has been a masterclass in bureaucratic stonewalling, buck-passing, and a total lack of transparency: The Service Provider's Executive Management: In my formal grievance letters and faxes, I explicitly requested a resolution meeting to consist strictly of the agency Director, my assigned caseworker, and myself. Management flatly refused this reasonable request. Instead, the Director requested that an administrative lawyer be present to represent the case worker at the meeting. Forcing an unequal legal presence into a consumer resolution meeting is a clear administrative ambush. The caseworker who created this incredible stress has been completely shielded by the agency from facing direct accountability. While high-level retroactive adjustments eventually cleared the financial balance, the administrative entities responsible for managing vulnerable senior care have chosen institutional shielding and legal posturing over client accountability. If you are a high-risk senior, a person living with a chronic medical condition, or an independent advocate, be advised that the regulatory loop in this jurisdiction is thoroughly broken. Every single city, state, and governmental oversight agency reached has completely closed its doors and met documented negligence with deaf ears. I am preserving this entire unacknowledged paper trail as a matter of permanent record. CONCLUSION OF THE RECORD: The volume of documentation contained herein moves this matter beyond a simple consumer dispute; it provides absolute, empirical proof of complete client abandonment by a state-contracted entity. Despite navigating the intense physical and mental strain of severe spinal stenosis and preparing for major multi-stage surgeries, the burden of rectifying these professional errors was shifted entirely onto me. This record is closed, verified, and preserved as a permanent matter of fact.
