Overall a good store, however, I think the manager needs to work more closely with staff. There are some staff that talk stink about people with an earshot. You can find them at the front desk and also some in the deli not all staff, but a few I don’t think that that is good for business and I think that’s very unprofessional, then they need better training and how to work with customers

Store was very busy and as usual 1 person behind deli counter to handle orders all the other 5 around fresh food and sandwiches. Woman behind customer service desk very unfriendly. I walked out without buying anything 😭
Everyone I've encountered at this store has been very kind. All of the shelves are usually fully stocked and I don't have problems finding what I need. If I do the staff are very helpful in finding what I'm looking for. Thank you everyone working there for your excellent service! It doesn't go unnoticed!
Convenient location. We’re regulars here and it’s always a pleasure to shop here and the customer service is outstanding. HOWEVER, today we got a cashier in the night shift around 9:40pm that did not greet or say a single word to us during checkout. Did not even say how much the total was. No interaction at all. I don’t know if he is new or what. This is NOT how Publix presents to their clients. If I wanted to be treated poorly, I’d go to Walmart. Please coach your employee. He was at the very first checkout lane ( the one next to customer service) dark skin, curly haired you guy. That attitude at Publix is UNACCEPTABLE.
Lots of variety of foods, produce, baked goods and meat. I wish the parking lot wasn't so crazy. It is very crowded and busy.
I ordered a salad instead of a sub. I was charged for an Italian salad,but wasn't given any meat. This is really inexcusable, everything was clearly indicated on the receipt. Not sure what happened there... ... really disappointing and frustrating!!! Will never go to this publix again.

I usually do online pickup orders to help me out being I have little ones and today I did a rather big order but Team member MAYA was ready and tackled my order with no problem. Communication and kindness was on point. Best online shopping experience ever. Thank you Maya for all your help and hard work
Easily my least favorite location. If a customer tells you that there are two vehicles using the only designated pick up spots as regular parking and there’s no one in them, dont tell them yeah it’s the holidays. Do something about it, send a message over the speakers for those owners to move there cars. I’m waiting for 10 minutes out there and they didn’t move. I have to go inside and leave my dog in the car which defeats the entire purpose of a pick up. I find it hard to believe the business is unable to enforce a designated spot. Companies of all kinds, commercial, retail, restaurants etc will all tow vehicles. The sign is there for a reason and it’s a major inconvenience to everyone else. What if someone had a health condition and couldn’t come inside to get their order themselves. Then one of the 3 employees tells me I could’ve blocked traffic, pulled up in front and called the store for them to bring it out. Okay. Last time I come to this location. Never had that issue at any of the other 4 locations I go to
