Karer J and older lady cashier was very rude and unprofessional. When she cashed me out she was tossing & throwing my groceries to the bag person. This was extremely offensive. I DO NOT except this behavior from a location i use so often. I’ve NEVER had this problem before.
Your entire staff is so friendly. The beautiful women and men that handle the deli with such kindness when customers are not being so kind. A woman slipped today. Everyone was so kind to her. Had to stop at Publix deli for lunch yesterday. Very disappointed with the attitude n subtle rude mannerism of the deli manager. I believe his name tag stated Justin. I'm assuming they were short staffed and he had to help make sandwiches. I shop here weekly and often stop by the deli.. disappointing experience on this day.. It was obvious from the moment Justin asked who was next, he had some type of attitude. I had to speak up about the dried out chicken tender pieces, not the two whole tenders normally used for chicken tender wraps. The tender pieces clearly looked like they needed to be trashed and not be used. When rolling my wrap, I saw he was not doing it like I have seen it done many times before, I asked him was he was new and I asked in a nice way? He responded back, with attitude of course, letting me know he's been at Publix for 20 years and he was the manager. My wrap was poorly done and he knew it. I Hope this is seen by someone that can address this. Uncalled for. We all have bad days. Don't take it out on others. Publix management do better.

Great fresh produce and the deli is amazing
Staff was noticeable and willing to help with anything. Even upon exiting in the parking lot the gentleman taking the cards offered to help me with my bags. Everything seemed to be stocked The store was clean and I enjoyed my shopping experience. Would definitely recommend shopping here
We frequent this Publix often and love it here. I wanted to especially shout out Mark and Chelle in the deli. They are both kind and friendly. Even despite the wait, they are efficient at what they do. Did I mention how sweet and kind they are? Thank you to everyone at the Publix for being friendly faces.
I have had multiple conversations with different Publix staff members at this location in an effort to have them acquire "Crawfishman" smoked dips. This is a product made right here in Jacksonville which I've loyally enjoyed 30+ years. All my efforts only left me disappointed with empty promises from staff who frankly didn't seem to care about what I was asking for. That all changed with Publix Associate Anastasia and I couldn't be more grateful. Anastasia not only performed her due diligence but also called to update me of the outcome, stepping up above and beyond her co workers while exhibiting the Publix customer service the company was built around. Thank you!
