I am tried and true customer. I recently moved to Manteca, but I like PL so I try to come here to SJ to get my smoke. I drove from Manteca twice to come here this week. Once because I as having a day and need to reup. It didn’t happen (see below), the second time was yesterday. Here’s why I’m considering just not using PL anymore. The first time, I called and informed I was coming from Manteca and wanted to confirm if I was still going to be able to make it on time. I arrived at 9:58. The clock turned to 9:59 as I was at the front and I was still turned away. I was bothered, but decided to come back on Friday, when I had to be out here anyway. I pee ordered like always, and the price on my preorder was $100 I screenshot it because I’ve had issues with wrong pricing before, and usually they just fix it. The budtender said it was $125 and didn’t bother to figure out why your website was giving me a different price, nor did he fix it. Which meant me not getting what I originally ordered and budgeted for. That is $25 difference. On top of it he just kind of blew me off like it didn’t matter. I could have taken my money elsewhere. And probably will since they are not my closest option. But I come to SJ a lot and wanted to keep with the same dispensary I have been almost exclusively using for years. Not sure if I’ll continue using purple lotus because consistency and being able to budget appropriately is important to me. I’m willing to drive for what I want and great service. But not if it’s like this. They are polite and usually great at customer service. But there are a couple of budtenders that don’t really seem to care about their customers or their experience.
This place is super clean. Purple lotus is the place to go. People are respectful. They are kind. They are honest they take their time. There’s lots of parking space front and back. The security officers are respectful . Thank you Purple Lotus
I’m a new transplant to the Bay Area from Lake Tahoe and I’m so happy I found my place at Purple Lotus! I have Stage 4 Endometriosis and Hypermobile-Ehlers Danlos Syndrome…pain and nausea are my best friends! Hands down the vibe I am looking for with a dispensary-very kind, very knowledgeable and super helpful. I’m a nerd when it come to my medicine, so it’s really nice to have Budtenders that love to “nerd out” with me so I can learn anything and everything there is to know about this wonderful plant!
I had a very frustrating experience with a budtender regarding a return. I had my receipt and needed a refund for one item that didn't work for us (especially since the replacement we wanted was out of stock). Even though the manager approved and was actively doing the refund, the budtender kept lecturing me, emphasizing "no returns, only exchanges." Their receipt literally says returns are case-by-case. Stop repeating disclaimers at customers like they are breaking rules when management has already approved the exception. Unprofessional attitude.

I placed an order at 6:40 for a delivery between 8pm and 10pm. I received an email immediately that my ordered had been received. At 9:25pm, I received a text with my tracking link stating my delivery would arrive between 9:59pm and 10:03pm. However then at 9:49, Purple Lotus texted me saying they were unable to complete my delivery despite confirming over 3 hours prior. It would have been helpful to be informed anytime in the 3 hours I was waiting or prior to receiving a tracking link from the driver…

My partner and I love this dispensary. The staff is super helpful and the range of available strains and forms of medicine is vast and of great quality. My experience is that it has everything you want from a dispensary in terms of bells & whistles and nothing you don’t.
