Connie and Purple Lotus are the greatest. Purple Lotus has the best prices around, is convenient, and provides quick deliveries. Connie was friendly and determined that the order was right.
I have used a LOT of Dispensaries in the area over the past couple of decades. I have been using Purple Lotus since before lockdown and I still use them to this day. I am mostly homebound, so the delivery service is a must for me. Every single driver has been at the very least professional, if not actually friendly and they get to know the regulars. I even had one of the drivers bring me a swag bag from an in-store event because I am a fan of the brand that hosted the event. It was very sweet and made me feel special that she thought of me. All that to say, at this point, they feel like family. They have never done me wrong and the very few times there was a minor issue, they went over and above to make things right. I hope they never go away because I'd be lost!

They used my card twice for fraudulent charges. No one goes there no more. The host are rude. The bank will handle this despicable rip off. Beware. All crooks!!!! Spoke with Mike one of the managers. I spent cash today only and they had my card number and charged ne 70.00 dollars fraudulent and 40.00 yesterday. 110.00 total!!!!! So uncool i tell ya. I will never come back. I fell off before this and this was their pay back lmbo. Crooks and thieves. !!!! Bank notified police. I am pressing charges as well. I asked them to look into others who may have been charged un the past and didn't know it. You can't trust nobody at all. Smh. Watch your bank account like a hawk.
Super disappointed. I order from PL weekly. Product is great but the delivery process and communication is pretty crappy. I ordered product to be delivered between 6 and 7 pm. I received notification at 5 pm that my order would arrive at 5:55pm. I was worried I wouldn’t make it home in time to meet the driver. Meanwhile it’s now 7:00 and I have not received any notification. I called the commercial st store and asked for an update. Dude on the phone told me that there’s one delivery ahead and eta was 7:15. Please tell what the point of a delivery window is when you’re not sticking to the window provided. Super frustrating. Do better.
First time visitor, I was totally impressed. Happened to be in the area and hit Google to find a nearby dispensary. Service was outstanding! The door staff was friendly and funny and our budtender was top-notch. First time customers get a free pre-roll and when he saw that it was my birthday, he threw in a free gram of flower. Cool vibe, great selection, friendly and professional staff. You can't ask for much more.

What a great place. Everyone was brilliantly kind. Even the muscle were polite and cool. Edward assisted us and made me feel like a long list brother. He went out of his way to find me just what I needed. Give that man a raise. Had I lived here, I'd go nowhere else. You Cali-folk are so fortunate. Definitely go here!
