I made an order online and the process was super simple. No hassle or extensive sign up requirements to place an order. You can choose a preferred delivery window to align with your availability as well. Once I placed my order, a few verifications steps were received via. Communication from the driver was not complicated & he was really friendly/patient while figuring out where my unit was. In Store: Really solid and well staffed location with huge parking lot and anyone that you get paired with to help you finalize your selection is well-versed and understands how to pair your specific preferences together. Love stopping by, and then definitely hook you up.
Don't know where to start. I live in the south where it's not legal so I haven't been to a dispensary even 10 times yet, however, out of those 10 Purple Lotus stood out. From the security, to the customer service (Thanks, Brennan! I hope I'm remembering that name right..) to the product to the price, to all across the board I had nothing short of a perfect experience. I certainly didn't know the menu, but Brennan took care of me and the product backed it up. 10/10
