A million thanks to the brilliant Ready2Nure team for caring for my Mother-In-Law (MIL) after the emergency hospital visit. Our sincere appreciation for your empathetic attention and professionalism. Kudos to the entire incredible staff, nurses Shelley & Joseph, PT Sydney, and OT Angelica for providing fantastic patient care and kind support services to my mother-in-law. Both nurses/caregivers were very accommodating to our needs and attentive to all our questions. They were very thorough and careful when monitoring, administering, and documenting our mother-in-law's (MIL) medication regimen and aligned with all her doctors and specialist with the latest results. We are incredibly privileged to have Shelley as bilingual, so she was able to speak Vietnamese, which was my mother-in-law's primary language. Very beneficial for my MII to understand, and Shelley's gentle talk keeps her motivated to improve. This helped with patient transparency and communication between our family and caregivers! Shelley sincerely cares for my MII as if she were to care for her family member. She took the extra step to bring us materials and ideas for food choices, made recommendations to take 1-2 wks blood sugar tests, and encouraged the family to eat more vegetables and fewer sugar items for a healthy diet, especially for diabetic's patients. The results show significant progress and improvement. A special thank you to Amy for your outstanding leadership and kind heart. We are glad you returned a second time when MII was not progressing well. You were determined that MII would improve by applying your new strategy and an execution plan for both my MII and your team to get patient well, max 8 weeks. My initial thought was impossible, but after 3 weeks, my MII's ability to walk w/o using the walker and a better appetite to eat more slowly, gaining back a few pounds, was terrific. Your patience, having your team step up with a more rigorous approach, and not allowing family around during the PT/OT session seem to push my MII to try harder. This is what it takes in a good leader. All the staff stepped up, and interaction has been so kind, considerate, and genuine in their care. Giving holistic quality patient care is hard to come by, and we are blessed to have found it here! Again, thank you so much from the bottom of our hearts.

My wife had a life-threatening infection that required six weeks of round-the-clock treatments at home. Ready2Nurse nurses came to our home dependably, night and day. They were friendly, efficient, and professional. They kept the records that we needed for the insurance companies and made sure that our home environment was even better than hospital standards. Thanks to their help, my wife has fully recovered.

Been in the hospital twice recently, for unrelated problems. In both cases follow up services at home were provided by Ready2Nurse. They provided excellent services. In both cases I'm convinced that they significantly improved my recovery speed and quality. I would not hesitate to use them for any nursing needed, including physical therapy.

Working with Amy has been a pleasure. She was very responsive to my initial inquiry about working with my parents, who are in their 90s. She was able to set up the first visit quickly, and was very thorough in her evaluation. Since then, we have set up ongoing visits. After each visit, she sends a detailed report of how they are doing, if there is anything she would like to change within their protocol, and if there are any concerns. I was hesitant to send someone to my parents house, since they do not always like the idea of a “stranger” coming into their home, but Amy was able to make them feel at ease. I feel confident of the care Amy is providing to my parents and would recommend her to anyone in my situation.

I highly recommend Amy. She meets with my parents who live independently, answers their questions, offers advice, evaluates their health, and sends a report. She advises us about medications that the doctor wants to prescribe, explains test results, recommends other medical professionals and what treatments to pursue. She visits as often as needed. With the various doctors and different online systems, it's hard to keep track of everything, so it's very reassuring to have Amy review everything. She's professional and friendly. Never pushy. She offers her opinion and lets you decide. The plus for my parents, is she speaks Mandarin.
