Honestly we had received a good care from Ready2Nurse Home Health. PT was a very kind , knowledgeable and helpful person to handle someone with dementia @ the memory care units. I recommended highly theirs services. Thank you for your TLC.

The wonderful Ready2Nurse staff has been taking care of my 91 old father after he came home from hospital because pneumonia. The nurse practitioner, the nurse, and the physical therapist have been all wonderful to work with. They are all kind, considerate, flexible, and expert in their own fields. Without their home visits, I probably had to keep taking my 91 father back and forth to his primary or urgent care. In between visits, the nurse practitioner (her name starts with A:)) often text me to see how my dad is doing. I could not be happier with how they have been working with my family and strongly recommend them.

We have nothing but praise for the staff at Ready2Nurse. Our nurse Katrina was so sweet and thoughtful. They are diligent in their work and process but they have a comforting down to earth personality which makes you feel at ease and you know you are in good hands. This is the second time we have used Ready2Nurse’s services and both times we were 100% satisfied and grateful for all of their help.

This organization is very professional. Amy W. is an excellent nurse and the founder of a very needed organization. They provide services to those who are not able to go out in public due to immunodeficiencies, disabilities, age and lack of transportation. Katelyn is also a very knowledgeable and pleasant nurse. Philip provides excellent physical therapy and Amy T. and Shirley are great, pleasant members of the team in the office. Overall this organization provided a very needed and positive experience. I expect great things from them in the future!

First impressions are everything and I believe that’s what ready2nurse showed me. I had many questions for the team but their intake team Amy T and Mitzi answered all my questions. From background about home health to scheduling to insurances, they guided me in the right direction. You can tell with every conversation and question I had they are runned by a great and well structured leadership, so I commend those who showcase and prove the ratings. This makes me very excited to further my interest in home health for my loved ones and look forward to meeting the team and working together!!! I have been extremely impressed with the medical team at Ready2Nurse. After bringing my mom home on hospice (which she graduated from!) and working with 2 other very disappointing nursing agencies, I am so grateful for the high quality of patient care from Amy, Phil and Shirley. Ready2Nurse far exceeds other in-home nursing agencies. Amy is not only the founder, but the nurse practitioner who has come in person to care for my mom. Amy is very knowledgeable on a variety of medical topics and has a big personality that we love as she brings so much joy to the house. Mitzi is also wonderful and fills in from time to time when Amy is traveling. Shirley keeps things organized, arranging the weekly appointments with us, rescheduling, coordinating with the GP, setting up blood draws, etc. Having someone dedicated to these details has made a big difference vs. other agencies that don’t always follow through or take too much time to complete. We adore Phil the PT as well. He is so kind and encouraging to my mom who has become bed ridden but is eager to keep trying to stand. Phil encourages her, works hard with her, and is knowledgeable on PT exercises she can do in bed and with him when he comes in person. Amy, Shirley and Phil give my mom hope and positivity, which is so important to her mental health as well. I highly recommend Ready2Nurse!

Ready2Nurse was referred to us by our primary care physician and we are so grateful for the recommendation. It is so difficult to know how to select a home health care agency for a loved one. Ready2Nurse was the perfect partner for us, and they provided comprehensive care that resulted in a full recovery after a head injury and hospitalization. Our experience with Nurse Amy and all of the Ready2Nurse professionals was exemplary. Amy and her team were clear communicators--we always knew what the next steps were, as well as what the expectations were for us as family members/caregivers. Ready2Nurse is very professional, but also very warm; we were always treated with kindness, patience and compassion. We highly recommend Ready2Nurse without any reservations. We all agree they were wonderful.

The Ready2Nurse team has been caring for my 90 year old mother since her discharge from the Los Altos Rehab Center about a month ago, and the family has been very pleased with the significant improvement in her condition. My mother has high expectation for her care team. She used another Home Health agency referred by Sutter Health last year, and felt it was mediocre, but Ready2Nurse is able to meet her high expectations. Ready2Nurse provides caring, personalized support that is targeted to address key issues. The team is responsive, professional, and friendly. After Los Alto Rehab Center sent the referral to Read2Nurse to open a case, I received a call from Amy (head nurse) to provide background information on my mother and come up with a care plan. I was impressed by Amy's knowledge of my mother's medical history which is relatively complex. It is obvious that she has done a lot of homework and takes this case seriously. Amy is right on with her assessment of my mother's situation and makes appropriate recommendations. The fact that Amy and Jason (physical Therapist) speak Mandarin makes my mother feel much more comfortable. It also helps family members since we do not need to take time off from work to attend the appointments and translate instructions. Amy will provide timely updates via text with pertinent information. I feel fortunate that we found the Read2Nurse team to care for my mother, and I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for professional and personable home health care.
