Lady at the front said I could look through the designer bags. I go to look and another woman yells at me that I can’t be back there. She comes over and closes the section off. I asked her if I could look through their very large selection of bags (probably 100+) and she says no they have to just show them to me from behind counter. That’s a lot of bags to go through I said and she said okay. I say okay back and that was it. Was not friendly or helpful at all. Lost potential business. Who’s going to hand pick and show me all those bags? Mind you, it was 10:30am on Wednesday and I had a baby strapped to me. Not busy at all either. Such a joke. I’m just more annoyed how rude and unhelpful she was. Should have just stayed and made her show me each and everyone 😂

I’ve watched Trey manage some stressful situations with steady composure, professionalism, and grace. I've also found some amazing deals there, from cozy clothes to unique home decor. The store itself is large and well-stocked, though a bit overpriced. Unfortunately, my experience was negatively affected by an employee named Di’Yore. From the moment she unlocked the doors for us to enter, her demeanor felt unwelcoming. At checkout, I believed I was next in line, but she stopped me without explanation and focused on handling counting cash. While she took her time resolving it, a manager opened another register and assisted the customer behind me instead. Overall, the interaction felt dismissive, and her attitude was not very friendly.
I had a great experience today at Red,White and Blue at the Arlington Store!!! Rhoda's customer service was over the moon. She was so friendly and helpful. She even help me package my items so they would get home safely without breaking. That's the type of customer service we need today. People who care about the customer. She was awesome!!!
They only accept cash and conveniently have a couple weird ATMs off to the side that charge 4 dollars per transaction. This is 2026, do better man.

There’s something wrong with one of the employees. She has short black or red hair not sure, older slim lady. My 3 year old daughter and I were testing a car toy (one of those toys you drag,let go and they take off) after the car stopped an employee came out of nowhere and kick the car to the side WITH MY DAUGHTER NEXT TO THE CAR. Not a soft kick to scoot it over, her kick send the toy to the shelf. I told her “she’s buying that toy” she smirked and said “Oh”. When I told my husband he called a cop to see if he could press charges (exaggerated but my husband doesn’t play about his daughter) The officer said if the toy car would’ve hit my daughter we could’ve press charges. He also asked us how long she took to kick the toy.If it was immediate or a took her seconds . I told him it was right away. Like if she was waiting in the aisle. Because I truly didn’t see her, she just came out of no where. I just seen my daughter’s face look at her scared. Imagine a grown women kicking your toy??? Now I know her excuse “I saw the toy being left on the floor I didn’t know the little girl was there”yes you did she was next to it. A mature grown adult PICKS UP. A mature grown adult doesn’t kick items like a toddler. If she is under pressure to keep the store clean that’s on her and her manager. Put your feelings aside be a grown women and stop kicking stuff what’s wrong with her?. Another incident I had with her a few months ago. I donate clothes to charities,orphanages etc. I was picking Jackets for boys and girls. After picking the clothes I was going to purchase.I went to a half empty rack to take pictures of the items I was going to purchase to make sure I was getting the correct sizes,colors etc for 3 kids I was donating to. Well here comes the same lady with a younger employee telling him to tell me “I can’t be doing that” in her words “ Dile que no puede estar haciendo eso” the young employee kept shrugging his shoulders, walking very slow, and looking back at her. It was only my husband,me and THEM on the same aisle.We knew she was talking about us. So my husband and I stood there staring at them waiting for the young employee to come tell us something. He didn’t, he walked away and the lady huffed and puffed. I very disrespectfully left ALL the jackets I was going to purchase in that rack. I don’t this when I go there. I have manners, I’ve worked in retail before for many years. I know the feeling, I know it’s very stressful when customers don’t put stuff back, when they make a mess. But not once in the 8 years I worked in retail did I follow, kick or make any customer uncomfortable. I left all the jackets there on purpose because I found it disrespectful that 4 employees were standing there looking at us and one of them (her) was being loud about what she wanted done. Instead of coming up to me she had to pressure that young cashier to do it. I have dates so y’all can go back and check the footage if y’all want if not I don’t mind. I will keep coming here, I will keep being respectful, making sure my child is well behaved like she always is and I hope I really do hope that lady leaves me alone. Other than that this store is AMAZING. Prices are AMAZING. All the employees except that lady are kind. The restroom is always clean when I go. The purse section is AMAZING I love it I’ve found many gems for a good price PLUS a discount. The set up of the store is well done. Some stores have everything mixed this one they go by color which is very satisfying. 1 star for that lady messing with my toddler. 5 stars for the store.
Holy moly . Did I just walk into ebay.com or thrift store? But you guys wonder how they can afford to pay rent for this shiny building. I need cash only because they want to avoid paying credit card processing fees . I understand a for-profit thrift business but damn this is crazy .
