Man... These reviews are something else. For the true lovers of thrift, I highly recommend this place. Every time I shop here (at least once a week) I find brand name stuff in great condition. If you like stores organized like the mall - this isnt the place for you. It is, however, the place for true lovers of thrift because it's a treasure hunt every time. Their staff is also SUPER nice. Love this place. Know before you go: 1. Cash only but get it before you go because their ATM charges a $4 surcharge. 2. Their organization system is by type of clothing and then color. You WILL have to shop like a thrifter meaning, you will need time to dig. That's the fun part though! 3. Pay attention to the TV screens. They run daily 25 to 75% off. It really saves you money!

Other reviews are right. If you can't run a thrift shop at thrift prices, time to move or improve business management. They'll reply of course there are discount days. Reply was as predicted.
Danielle and her team were absolutely amazing! I scheduled but later canceled a donation pickup. Their system didn’t show the cancellation, and so items along my driveway were picked up. Danielle and several drivers made sure I was able to get all of my items back. I’ve seen this store before heading to a soccer complex not too far but never stopped. I’ll make it a point to visit any time I can and share my experience with others.
One star. This thrift store was an absolute fiasco—clothes haphazardly sorted by color instead of size, turning browsing into a chaotic hunt. At checkout, they're cash-only, which is tolerable, but the real absurdity hit when the cashier couldn't make change for my $28 due to a shortage of coins for the $27.02 total. She insisted I fetch two pennies from my car to pay exactly, then made me wait in line again upon return while she assisted others. After a terse exchange to retrieve my bagged items and partial payment, I left fuming. Steer clear of this disorganized, poorly managed spot with abysmal service.
Daniella has inappropriate oriented talks with her employees singles them out is very rude cusses her team out and unfairly treats her employees as well I am reaching out hoping you do something about the situation or me my family will make this even more public until your store is shut down not my first rodeo ‼️I will go in further detail on social media platforms and any platform form a voice can be heard
WOW, CHEERS TO RHODA! THIS WOMAN, MAN, THIS WOMAN. I have to say, not only is she an amazing saleswoman, not only did she provide the most epic sigma woman I've EVER had the pleasure of being helped by. I mean, WOW, WOW! She saved my child from a burning house . I said, " Wow, wow, I am so sad; I don't know the answer to the universe," and she answered my question with such prestige and grace. Now my third eye is open; now I'm at one with the universe. SHE ROCKS
I over heard a gentleman named Trey kindly and pleasantly explaining to a mother that her children can not ride the bicycles in the store and one of the children tried to lie about riding it and Trey allowed him to finish what he was saying before correcting him. He restated the rules of the store to the parent and children and shared that it’s for their safety. And then asked that she ensure they are with her at all times. He handled them with care, consideration. Awesome job young man!
Casheir was not helpful when I needed to speak with a manager. They charge more than the original price for the items that were donated to them.
