They took 10 hour to load the truck..Zero respect for the people who keep them in business..
You can’t get anyone to answer your online inquiry, return messages, or answer the phone. The company will not provide office hours on the phone message.
This place is worse , they took 12 hours to load me , I had pick time 2.00 pm to 5.00 pm . I check in 2.00 pm and they load me at the night 1.00 am, don't come here before 6.00 pm even if you have pick up before , they said we always start at 6.00 pm , because they don't have anything inside, they wait for there local truck delivery, first they unload there own trucks then they load you... sucks😡
Good enough shipper. Facility and staff are fine. Been there twice and usually have to wait for the load. Parking is good enough.
Don't come here at all. I came here at noon yesterday and they said they'd install it tonight. Now it's already 3 PM, a full 27 hours later, and they still say to keep waiting. You can't cancel either, and they won't even do the installation. Just don't come
I just used Roadrunner Auto Transport to have a car transported for my Mom, from Georgia to Indiana. They were very professional, gave me a quote, and then transported the car exactly when they said they would. They even got it here a day early! They kept in touch the entire time. I would use them again!
Ive been to bigger places In NYC and Jersey. You got room to pull up depending on how trailers they have parked parallel to the curb across from the docks. Issue is depending on how the other trailers are parked on the docks either side of you l, you'll have about a hand width of space on either side of your trailer. Got 2 stars because the yard jocky was there and move some trailers parked across from the door.
