Office staff unprofessional. They don't care how freight gets loaded or care if it's damaged. The dispatcher Les Johnson has overstayed his welcome. He is worthless and should have retired years ago.

The load was not ready at scheduled pick-up time and was overweight. The supervisor was apologetic about the whole situation.
I went to pickup my insulation at the terminal since it was late getting to me and they could not find my order. They said they think it went back up to Chicago, when it just cam from there. These guys could not keep track of anything.
Poor customer service, put me on hold for total of 45-50 mine, had my package for over a week. Told me my package would be delivered before it actually did. Overall, an awful company.
It's OK. Docks are close together but just take your time backing. Im usually in and out of here within the same or next day
Not so sure how they are a trucking company themselves and still act like all the other terrible customers out there. 4-5 hours to load a truck is absolutely unacceptable. Drivers stay away from here.
This company have partnership with third party company and Road runner and their partners do not honor the dates for the deliveries its a nightmare trying to talk to them every person that you talk say something different about your package when my uncle hired them they said my package would be delivered on the 02/22 and is 02/28 and they lied saying that they try talk me what never happen and since and I call them they said to me that my package will be delivered only on the 03/02 worst freighter I ever saw on my entire life i will never make business with them again and also I'm gonna sue them for all this headache and for not honor the dates on the delivery
This place is a mess can you get trailers back in Custer so tight it's just messed up person that runs there at night is a pretty decent guy but it's just a mess there I hopefully never go there again
