Poor experience with a recent commercial shipment of critical parts that ensured I'll never use Roadrunner again. The only reason they got 2 stars, instead of one, is that a contract delivery driver (not a RR employee) bent over backwards to help me once he found out about the litany of mishandling, miscommunication, and mistakes RR made with my shipment. I wasted a whole day and evening, ultimately getting my delivery at almost 9pm after it was promised to be delivered 11 hours earlier. I was straight-up lied to by RR staff twice about the status of my cargo, never once getting any communication from them, rather I had to waste more of my time chasing them down. In the end, it even appears they altered the delivery paperwork as it shows online that it was delivered much earlier than it actually was. I'll never do business with them again and I won't let my supply chain use them either.

I want to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the handling of my recent vehicle reservation, which was made a month in advance. The entire process has been highly frustrating and disappointing, culminating in a complete failure to fulfill the reservation. Firstly, I had to endure daily waits on hold for two weeks just to speak with someone to verify my reservation and obtain the necessary pickup code. Several messages were left. with no returned call. This was an unacceptable waste of time and severely impacted my ability to plan other aspects of my trip. To compound matters, my original transporter backed out just two days before the scheduled pickup date. While I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, the lack of contingency planning on your end is inexcusable. What is even more shocking is that on the day of the pickup, no one was scheduled to collect my vehicle. This level of incompetence is simply unacceptable and has inconvenienced me greatly. Furthermore, I must express my disappointment with the rudeness displayed by your dispatcher during our interactions. Customer service should be a priority, and the dismissive attitude I encountered only added to my frustration. Based on this experience, I regret to say that I cannot in good conscience recommend your company to anyone. The entire process has been marred by inefficiency, poor communication, and a lack of professionalism.

Absolutely horrible service. They called the day my delivery was to be delivered to set up an appointment on a later date. When I told them I took off work to be home for the delivery, he said that the best he could do was the next morning, completely unconcerned of my time/work. I asked him to narrow the delivery time as much as possible so he told me that it would be from 10-11am. At noon I called to check on the delivery, to which he called the driver and asked. After negotiating, he said that the delivery would be in an hour. When I voiced my concern over my time, he was very patronizing and sarcastic. I haven't felt this disrespected in a long time. Worst part is, they are getting paid from ky shipping cost regardless. Nobody to even complain to.

I have a front door shipping via RoadRunner that was supposed to be here on Tuesday. We took the day off work....they never showed. They called to reschedule it for today, a drop off window between 11 and 1, it's now 1:45 and they still haven't showed. There's also no way to call this company, I've waited on hold for 2 hours, requested a callback, nothing. This is the second day this week we've taken off work for this, we've also had friends arrive to help both days, and they have our very expensive door. Idk what else to do other than show up at the terminal.

People here are great. Very friendly and helpful. The spotter was a blessing. The docks are some of the tightest I think I've seen and with a sleeper you have and extra 4 feet to work with up front.. Go slow... Be careful... If you see anyone sitting in there truck or the spotter driving around ask for help....

This is the absolute worst shipping company I have ever dealt with. The service is horrible. They have had my shipment in their warehouses for 24 days. I have called every day to get an update. They never can tell me anything other than where is sitting at that time they originally gave me a delivery date of the 9th of this month it is now the 24th and they still have no updated delivery. I will never use this company again. If I could give them a 0 star review I would.

I personally won’t use this company ever again. No one ever answers the phone. The driver BARELY speaks English and my car was late without any updates until I had to sit on the phone and call and call and call for a few hours until I got through to someone and even then I got told anywhere from 9am to 9pm so I waited around all day and guess what.. no car was delivered until 1am the next day.

Worst shipper I’ve dealt with. I waited 2 full days just to get loaded. This kind of delay is completely unacceptable and shows no respect for truck drivers’ time or livelihood. I lost valuable driving hours and income because of their poor planning and lack of urgency. Communication was terrible, and no one seemed to care how long drivers were waiting. If you value your time, be prepared for extremely long delays at this shipper.

There’s nothing good about this company. 30 minutes trying to get a hold of someone 20 minutes on hold so they can try to find my package only for them to hang up on me with no answer. My shipment has been sitting in this warehouse for Five days. And no idea when it’s going to be brought to me!! Would never recommend this company to anyone!

Had 2 cars I was wanting to ship. When I was called about one of the cars and told them I was no longer needing to ship it anymore, they instantly hung up on me. Will not be using them to ship the other car.
