In selecting the option to book a consultation I received a call to ask what I'm looking for with a potential kitchen remodel. I had previously booked with a different company so I do know that a rep is supposed to actually come to the home to look at the layout and ask the potential client what it is that their looking for. The person I spoke with asked me for the size of my kitchen and asked me for my budget which was a first (I had no clue the size so I just said 2 bathrooms when I confirmed later, its smaller). After I gave her the budget amount, I was met with 'well you're looking at 30-60k'. Like you didn't even bother to come and see the kitchen. I honestly felt like I was being dismissed and not worth the company's time. It's really disheartening when this is your first home project and I'm being met with that kind of conversation.

We had our kitchen renovated and I would use Robbins Construction again for work in my house! They are friendly, prompt, honest and have a hard working crew. Donald truly wanted to make sure that I was satisfied with every aspect of the job including quality. Hassen helped me with the current trends while keeping it tasteful, to my liking and in my budget. Pedro, Ben, Memo, Chuey and the rest of the crew were all polite and respectful while working in your home and took pride in their work. If something was not completed to my satisfaction they took care of it. I even had them do some extra things that had been in need of repair while they were here. Great job!

This was our second opportunity to work with Robbins Construction, and it won't be our last. After our first experience with them, we knew they'd be the perfect fit to help us make our hall bathroom fully accessible for our son, who is a wheelchair user. From start to finish, they listened to our needs, talked through our concerns and helped us feel at ease. The whole process was a collaborative effort. Hassen especially went the extra mile in making sure this project ran as smoothly as possible. From helping us with design choices to working through unexpected but necessary changes, she made sure no detail was overlooked. And we cannot speak highly enough of all the craftsmen, led by our very skilled project manager Ben, who were efficient, respectful and felt like part of the family by the end. Thanks to Robbins Construction, our son has newfound independence in our home. We look forward to our next project with them!

We have used Robbins Construction for many years. They have assisted us with major home renovations, as well as a variety of interior and exterior projects at our home, office and rental properties. They do excellent work and are extremely conscientious about every detail. I highly recommend them for any project - big or small!

Greetings Hassen and Donald Most every business will try to claim their" great customer service". And if everything goes well and perfectly on plan then they really don't get to prove or disprove it. But sometimes things don't go as well as we expect and that is when the business really gets to show what customer service really means. With our project, after you identified the problems, you all went to work on making us completely satisfied in a timely manner. You treated our project as if we were your most important customer and completed the remodel above our expectations. Hats off to Ulysses and Ben your project managers and especially to Wilson "the tile guru". All your workers and contractors were very professional and courteous. Robbins Construction is my go to for anything that I need repairs and help on. If he can't do it he will recommend a specialist. Though I have seldom found items that he cannot complete. I feel like he is always fair on his pricing and the quality of work is A+.

Overall a great experience with The Robbins team with my renovation. This was the first major renovation I had done and it is a lengthy process but Robbins Const provided detail communication through the process. I was engaged and able to make sure I was happy through each stage of the process. It was a pleasure to work with Hassen and she was instrumental in helping me with necessary decisions. The end result was great quality and beautiful work!
