I had a great experience working with Bob to remodel my bathroom! I couldn’t be more pleased. When I had an issue not getting hot water to one of my showers, Bob was quick to get the plumber back out and it was fixed immediately. Great service and I would highly recommend!

Robbins Construction was highly recommended to us by friends and we could not be happier with their work on our own family room remodeling project. We were considering removing a load bearing wall to open up the center of the house, but were unsure how well it would work with our floor plan. Karen and Maryland were great fielding our many initial design and logistical questions. It so happened Robbins had just completed a larger home remodel with similar floor plan in our neighborhood and Karen suggested we check it out. The homeowners were so nice to let us come in and see their newly opened-up space and review firsthand Robbins finished work. We were sold. From the initial prep to protect floors, furniture and seal-off work areas, to demo, construction, painting, floor refinishing, HVAC work, finished and clean-up— all of the Robbins crews were efficient and conscientious. Work was consistent and ongoing every work day for the duration. Juan, our construction supervisor was always quick to respond to any text or question that we had. In addition to removing the wall, we asked Robbins to work with a rustic-look, wood beam manufacturer of our choosing for the ceiling installation. Juan and Felipe were terrific and worked seamlessly with the manufacturer to install the totally custom beams. Robbins even purchased a specialized saw to make the custom cuts to the beams. We will definitely use Robbins Construction Company again! Thanks, Donald!

My experience with Robbins Construction was top notch. Karen and Luis walked us through the planning phase and were terrific. Maryland was helpful with design suggestions. Everyone in the office was responsive and terrific throughout the process. Ben, our project manager was just awesome. Always available, always making sure we got exactly what we had asked for. He listened and made it all happen. Fantastic job. Hector and each subcontractor was great. Project exceeded our expectations both in terms of quality of construction and the process. Project completed ahead of schedule, exactly on budget, and our punch list of final things to touch up…consisted of not one thing. Project couldn’t have gone any better, I give Robbins Construction my highest recommendation!

The various crews involved were all very professional and courteous. They completed the work in the time frame stated. The result was a very solid construction and very pleasing visage.

To be clear, if I could provide the highest rating I have ever given to any business that I have reviewed, I would give it to Robbins Construction in Germantown. Guy did a great job on developing the quote, down to the dollar. They are excellent in both process and the work they do. Their subcontractors are talented, hard working and great people. The project manager, Juan, was easy to communicate with and detail focused. They calendared every aspect of the work and stuck to it. There were parts of their process I am stealing for my own business practices.

We used Robbins Construction to completely remodel our kitchen as well as other work around our house. It is extremely rare to find service providers in the construction industry who are excellent on both the business/customer service side and the workmanship side, but Robbins is one of those businesses. Their quoting process is extremely thorough, they displayed very good attention to detail throughout the project, the contractors they used were excellent, and when issues arose (as they inevitably do on any significant project), Robbins stood behind their work and were very responsive in communicating with us. When the project ended and they were completely paid, Robbins didn't ghost us like many general contractors do when they move on to their next jobs. They continued to check in with us to confirm we were happy with the work they did and promptly touched up a few minor issues months later. We will continue to use Robbins for our future home projects, and we have recommended Robbins to a number of our friends, who have been equally happy with their work.
