We love our new bathroom! Everything was completed within the budget. The crew was very easy to work with.

Greetings Hassen and Donald Most every business will try to claim their" great customer service". And if everything goes well and perfectly on plan then they really don't get to prove or disprove it. But sometimes things don't go as well as we expect and that is when the business really gets to show what customer service really means. With our project, after you identified the problems, you all went to work on making us completely satisfied in a timely manner. You treated our project as if we were your most important customer and completed the remodel above our expectations. Hats off to Ulysses and Ben your project managers and especially to Wilson "the tile guru". All your workers and contractors were very professional and courteous. We have used Robbins Construction for many years. They have assisted us with major home renovations, as well as a variety of interior and exterior projects at our home, office and rental properties. They do excellent work and are extremely conscientious about every detail. I highly recommend them for any project - big or small!

Absolutely the BEST contractor I have ever worked with!!! Donald is an incredible contractor & has the best team ever. Ben Vela, my Project Manager was always timely in answering my questions & always made time for me. Even shared pictures of my renovation while I was traveling. Hassen Fakes was absolutely amazing at helping me make my selections & walked me through those tough, indecisive times. I cannot say enough kind words about these guys. They are true professionals & made me feel completely comfortable at every stage of my renovation. Will absolutely be using them again for phase 2.

I had a bathroom shower refit to ADA specs. The workmanship is stellar. Also had a my deck redone and expanded. Again, excellent work. I was somewhat disappointed in how the project was handled however. There were logistical problems with materials and at times I felt that my work was a fill in project. Took a but longer to complete than expected. Even so, I would use Robbins again, but would request management assurances ahead of time.

I’ve worked with Robbins Construction on two different projects in my house, a bathroom and a porch. They did an awesome job! They were easy to work with, they showed up when they said they would and cleaned up after themselves. I love my bathroom and my porch!! Great company and highly recommend them!

We had our kitchen renovated and I would use Robbins Construction again for work in my house! They are friendly, prompt, honest and have a hard working crew. Donald truly wanted to make sure that I was satisfied with every aspect of the job including quality. Hassen helped me with the current trends while keeping it tasteful, to my liking and in my budget. Pedro, Ben, Memo, Chuey and the rest of the crew were all polite and respectful while working in your home and took pride in their work. If something was not completed to my satisfaction they took care of it. I even had them do some extra things that had been in need of repair while they were here. Great job!

This was our second opportunity to work with Robbins Construction, and it won't be our last. After our first experience with them, we knew they'd be the perfect fit to help us make our hall bathroom fully accessible for our son, who is a wheelchair user. From start to finish, they listened to our needs, talked through our concerns and helped us feel at ease. The whole process was a collaborative effort. Hassen especially went the extra mile in making sure this project ran as smoothly as possible. From helping us with design choices to working through unexpected but necessary changes, she made sure no detail was overlooked. And we cannot speak highly enough of all the craftsmen, led by our very skilled project manager Ben, who were efficient, respectful and felt like part of the family by the end. Thanks to Robbins Construction, our son has newfound independence in our home. We look forward to our next project with them!

Robbins is very professional and does a quality job! This is the third time we’ve used them for a renovation, and I’d highly recommend. If there is a problem, which is bound to happen when remodeling, they will fix it. We worked with Ben this time as our project manager, and he was on site everyday and always available to answer questions.
