I have been a client of Mr. Rodgers for over 30 years and I would absolutely recommend his services to everyone. Just this year I received a letter from the IRS stating I owed over $9000 from a previous year.. I panic and called R&R.. They submitted an amendment and took the time out to contact the IRS with me. During that call the specialist advised I have a $0 balance and am no longer showing I owe!!!! Praising God and thanking Him for Mr. Rodgers expertise!!! Poor experience. I was looking to use R&R to file my taxes this year. Overall, should have been a relatively simple process. I had two 1099s & a W2 to file. Timeline below of my experience. -On 3/2, provided them all my tax documents (W2 & two 1099s) -On 3/9, they provided a draft of my tax filing. Tax filing draft was missing both 1099s and was incorrect. They then stated they would provide me an updated version the week thereafter. -On 3/19. Still did not receive the updated version. Ended up reaching out to them on progress. -On 3/24, more than a week thereafter they provided the next tax filing which was still incorrect. Missing capital gains/losses from my 1099. They then stated a final deadline a week later on 3/31. Ended up not receiving anything 3/31. I ended up cancelling out their services as communication was poor & both filings would have resulted in filing my taxes incorrectly. I'm surprised they did not quality check their work & it was up to the customer to do so.
