We live in a new construction home where Schuman was used as the electrical contractor for the build out. Going through to hang ceiling fans and new pendant lights in the home and it feels like the electricians just used whatever was in their pockets because they didn't want to make another trip to their truck. Every single hole in the ceiling comes with a different box, different wires, different screw sizes. It's a rag tag of mismatched equipment. There was even one light with the ground wire coming through the ceiling wasn't even attached to anything. We've also had countless electrical issues with flipped breakers. Thankfully a majority was resolved through the warranty process. I would not recommend them and if you are in the process of purchasing a new construction home where Schuman is the electrical contractor it may be of a benefit to hire your own inspector or electrician to come behind them before they can hide their mess behind the drywall.

Jeremy was in and out of the house really quick. He did awesome and restored power to the rest of our home very quickly. He was extremly quick at figuring out what all was wrong with the power outage to the rest of the home.
On Wed. Feb 24th I saw one of Schuman Electric's work vehicles drive right past a stopped school bus that had its red flashing lights on. After I got to work I emailed them via the email on their website to notify them of what I saw and they apparently don't care enough to respond. If they have workers that don't care about the safety of school children and the company doesn't care enough to respond when notified of it, I am sure they don't care about doing their job right. Please don't use this company.
