So thankful for this company! Limb pulled JEA wire off my house so called after hours and left a message. They called back, they were courteous, didn't charge me for an estimate, did the work quick and followed up with JEA to get my power hooked back up. God bless this business and looking forward to getting much-needed work done this summer!

Absolutely, positively, hands down one of the most awful electric companies that exist in the region. They should be ashamed of their shawty work and incompetent team of electricians. Brand new home and every breaker trips, I can’t even keep my dishwasher running and it’s the only item powered on the circuit. After a helper took 3 hours to put in one ceiling fan I began to put my own fixtures together to meet the deadline for inspection. Once power was cleared many sections of the house did not have power and this resulted in them punching holes in the wall to find what they did wrong. The electrician preforming the punch out cursed and was angry at the world while he fought with creditors and worked on my home. The electrician then put his kliens in the panel causing it to arc so he throws the tool across the home onto my hardwood floor. The wiring crew pulled the wire out of the box at least 4’ on every box to collect the copper. Took a crew of 5 electricians two weeks to install fixtures and outlets in a 2700 sq Ft home. Electrician stood on toilet lids and caved them in so he could install the fans. So much more to say but I have wasted enough time with this company.

Recommend by our builder John Merrill Homes. Shuman electric came out two different times because electric panel they installed kept blowing! Finally had another company come out and fix in 15 minutes at my expense!

A Schuman Electric was the company that rewired my whole house. At first this company was good about following up with work, but now I’ve called them and they won’t respond back with any information regarding the last bit of remaining work. Still waiting to here back from them to run the existing wiring they left in my attic (somewhere, and good luck finding it buried under the insulation) out to my patio and install fans. Also on a side note while installing all of my outlets workers literally poked holes in the brand new and painted drywall for some unknown reason... the wires they needed were all prefeed into the electrical boxes. I had to have drywall guys and painters come back to my home and repair all of those areas. Not to mention I also had to have ceiling repairs done because they installed a light in the wrong location that would allow for the attachment of a recessed light. I also had to have brick masons come out and repair brick mortar because they drilled through it to run electrical outside and ran two exterior outlets within three feet of one another. The list can continue but what I really want is for the work to be finished and done in a correct and professional manor. Please feel free to schedule to come back out to the house anytime that’s convenient to you Mr. John Schuman, because obviously it’s not about what’s good for the customer.

I originally had a disappointing comment for this company but they did eventually rectify the situation after the holiday and as I promised them, if they did, I would improve my rating for them. John ended up handling my job directly which helped get things done because that phone tag and constant miscommunication between holly and brian drove the 5 stars down to 3. Overall, the finished product came to fruition and I would use them again in the near future

Came out and did an amazing job for a very fair price. Their guys were thorough cleaned up their mess well and we're on time. I would definitely use them again in the future

I called Schumann Electric twice for 2 different orders that we had pending. 1.) was to fix a breaker for one of our apartment buildings that went out. I spoke with Tony Carta and he sent out an electrician a few days after in which they charge JUST FOR THE VISIT ALONE without fixing the problem. The technician explained the problem with the breaker and said he needed to order parts to replace it and I asked for a quote to then pay for the service. I never received any quotes or invoices of any kind so that was left in the air. 2.) One of my tenants had an issue with her heater going out as soon as she turned on the stove. She called the city in hopes that the issue would be resolved faster but it delayed the process of us ordering the new breaker and replacing it so we had to resort to calling Schumann once more and the same situation they sent an electrician to see the issue and he explained that we needed to replace the outside breaker. Mind you i explained to them that we are on a time constraint because my tenant did not have any heat in her unit and once she tried to crank it on she basically could not cook. Tony Carta was the one attending all of the calls. Tony did not have a sense of urgency for my situation and i have yet to receive any invoices or quotes from both of those situations. I kept calling Tony to see what was status on the Breaker and he told me "I hope you don't call me everyday just to see if the breaker came in." Which was extremely rude because I'm doing my job and making sure i get the work done since they haven't checked back with the previous issue so it was only right I try to get the situation handled and just so i can keep my tenant updated. All in all this company is absolutely TERRIBLE AND EXTREMELY RUDE TO POTENTIAL CLIENTS. TONY CARTA WAS VERY UNPROFFESIONAL IN THE WHOLE PROCESS. Once i got my situation fixed Tony called me about 5 days later to tell me that he finally got the part in and i told him that he took too long and we resorted to someone else fixing the breaker and replacing it to which he said to me "Do not ever call me again and have fun taking care of those outstanding invoices." Tony Carta is very rude and i recommend that you contract another company because they probably wont do the work unless you call them 24/7. ABSOLUTELY GOD AWFUL COMPANY

I've been waiting on Schuman to schedule an appointment for my rental home since before Christmas! I've called them multiple times, with them always saying "we'll call you back". They keep telling my rental company that they will reach out to me and HAVE NOT!! I've been without power in half of my home since December 20th!

I spoke with Schuman Electric regarding a circuit that we needed closed due to no longer having a need for it. They sent an electrician out who was not only timely, but was extremely professional. To top it off, the price was very fair to say the least. I highly recommend this company.

I've had great experiences with Schuman Electric. JT who has been assigned to two projects for us is friendly, professional, and thorough. I would not hesitate hiring them for other projects.
