This is a terrrible company. A salesman stops by your office and sells you a dream about great products and customer service. once you sign the contract, there is none of that. they are disorganized and predatory. Service uniform is the epitome of a dying business that leeches off of its clients to stay afloat. zero stars.....

We had a deeply disappointing experience with Service Uniform in San Antonio. While their services include business uniforms and rug rentals, it's their contract practices that raise serious concerns. One of their sales representatives had an employee—not an authorized decision-maker—sign what appeared to be a routine service acknowledgment. Without clear explanation or disclosure, this document turned out to be a binding multi-year evergreen contract. When we attempted to cancel service, we were met not with a conversation, but a legal demand for $15,000 to terminate the agreement. This kind of approach—relying on misleading signups and harsh legal enforcement—is, in our view, predatory and unethical. These are not practices that align with trust-based, long-term business relationships. If you’re considering doing business with Service Uniform, read every document carefully and ensure that only authorized personnel interact with their sales team. Better yet, explore alternatives—especially if transparency and fair dealing are priorities for your business.

He's like the trainer for literally every new route employee, so we get double excellent service. Plus then we know the new guys when Carlos takes one of his many vacations bc he's an awesome employee and has been there practically forever. *****I hate seeing him drenched in sweat during the summers. Wish they'd get his AC fixed or some good strong fans for his dash. I feel bad for him when it's over 120 degrees in that truck. Probably not a smart idea to operate heavy machinery when going through heat stroke. JS, Service Uniform should care a bit more about their employees in the comfort aspect. Parts stores and Amazon drivers get AC ... why can't Carlos get AC? #CARLOSNEEDSAC2025 The drivers are great, the products hold up to tough wear and tear in our auto shop. They repair quickly and on time, always give us updates when things are going to be delayed. Carlos is one of the sweetest and most considerate drivers we have had from them over the years. Thank you for everything.

Service uniform has provided our company with excellent customer service. They make sure all our uniform and supply needs are met. They resolve any issues right away. I highly recommend you give them a try

After canceling and sending in a certified letter, they still chose to automatically renew my account — even after I requested cancellation almost 8 months ago. Now they are refusing to accept my cancellation form, claiming it “wasn’t sent on time,” and are demanding over $6,000 to cancel the contract. Absolutely terrible customer service and a horrible company to deal with. They do not care about their customers and use shady business practices. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. TERRIBLE SERVICE. SCAMMERS.

My experience with Service Uniform has been great! My Account Manager Mike does a great job explaining the blue print report and goes over the invoice in detail explaining any charges with me here at Jackson Auto Care. Anytime I need towels, soap or a repair on any Uniform he takes care of it for me.

1 star is generous. We were a paying customer with Service Uniform for 4 years. As the agreement was coming to an end, I made it clear multiple times to their route driver that we would not be renewing. Each time I was told it would be handled and that a manager would follow up. That follow-up was consistently delayed. When I finally connected with a manager, I was told I needed to send a written notice and that they would provide the details. That information was not provided in a timely manner, and the process was dragged out. Now, after all of that, they are claiming the contract “automatically renewed” and are demanding approximately $7,400 to cancel. That is completely unreasonable and does not reflect actual services, costs, or any real loss on their end. After 4 years of doing business and paying as agreed, this is how they choose to operate. In addition, their uniform selection is very limited compared to other providers, which was already a downside during our time with them. If you’re considering Service Uniform, be extremely cautious. Do everything in writing well in advance and do not rely on what their staff tells you. Our experience was that communication was delayed just enough to put us in a difficult position at the end of the agreement.
