Extreme Texas Air has been using Service Uniform for a few years now and the customer service is above par. Every time our driver Larry comes in he is helpful, polite, and cares about our needs. Everything is always clean and he is one of their best employees. Glad to have Larry as our driver!
I will advise anyone that's looking for a uniform company to use Service Uniform. The boarding process was rapid, efficient and detailed. Our company have definitely upgraded our look with these uniforms. Larry is the best delivery driver and a joy to work with. He communicates about drops off, changes and updates. Highly recommend Service Uniform. I have been at my company now going on two years. We made the switch the Service Uniform and it was the best choice we made. Their customer service and office communication is quite helpful unlike other companies we have used. The guys that come to our location, Byron and Gabe are always on top of their game. They are always here making sure any concerns I have with the uniforms, rugs, air fresheners, billing etc are always taken care of. They get the job done, and are very down to earth and friendly as well. Very respectable, very professional, and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to make a switch or start new.
John Sanchez has been our account manager for a little over 2 years now and we are very happy with him. He's easy-going, positive, friendly, yet professional. Any time there has been a concern on our part (Sunbelt Material Handling) he has been quick to respond - either taking care of the situation or referring it to the person who can. The company is great, John makes it greater!
