Imagine a scenario where a vendor can repeatedly make the same mistake over and over and there is nothing you can do about it. You'll have to send a certified letter each time, whether it's 5 times a week or 5 times a month, and as long as they resolve the issue within 30 days, you're stuck doing business with them. Also imagine that the sales person who sold you the service, during numerous meetings openly lied and told specifically that there is no contract and you can end services at any time. Of course, when you confront the company, that person has been conveniently fired. You won't have to imagine any of this if you choose this company. This has been our experience with them and they'll sue you to force you to stay in their ridiculous 6 year contract. They love their fine print, so you better not rely on anything one of their sales reps tells you and read the contract thoroughly and carefully. I plan to post this experience to every social media platform I can. Read the negative reviews and you'll see that we're not the only victims of their dirty business practices.
Jeremy and Jamie is super fantastic! He assisted us with setting up our new account and getting our uniforms updated with our new logo! They provide the best service for Pirtek Broadway and have the best customer service and wish more people were like them!

I work for AirPro and we are extremely pleased with Service Uniform. Our representative Larry is reliable, consistent and very professional. When he was going to be off one day, he took the time to let us know a head of time. He also gave us the name of the person who would be running his route for that day. Larry is very friendly, always in a good mood and very professional. We have been using this company for years and have never considered making a change. Service has been the best! You won't go wrong choosing Service Uniform.
We use Service Uniform at Cook Walden Funeral Home in Austin, TX for our soap dispenser and rug cleaning services, and they are wonderful! Larry comes once a week to refill our soap and deliver fresh outdoor rugs, which is a great relief for a highly-trafficked building. He is very communicative and consistently asks us about repairs or if there's anything else he can help with. This company is prompt and friendly, and more than willing to assist us in any way possible. We highly recommend their services.
