Juan with Sharp was absolutely amazing. He was quick to respond and very friendly and helpful. We needed weekend assistance and the answering service as well as the tech (Juan) were a life saver. Would definitely recommend them for anyone needing gas service in the Jacksonville area!
Since the buyout of existing company sharp energy will have you waiting forever for gas refill, missed my driver while I was in the shower normally most delivery guy's will call before leaving premises to avoid a blank trip. Called the office they don’t even have scheduling to see when they will get to you I guess it’s up to if the driver wants to service you that day or not! Really considering switching companies your experience may differ but just be aware of the time frames
John came the day after I called and set me up with new cylinder of propane. He came in and lit the pilot light for me. Very professional, helpful to me.

I contracted with Sharp Energy to do the propane work for a whole house generator I was installing at our home. Our experience has been great. From the beginning through to the conclusion. All of the Jacksonville,Fl Sharp Energy employees that my wife and I have spoken with or met on site over the time of this project have displayed absolute professionalism and complete cultural courtesy towards us as customers. From the beginning when I first spoke to Andrea from the office. Then with Tom the service manager who's been in contact with me through this project. Juan, the technician that we've had the most contact with on site has been above super. We just can't say enough about Juan's dedication to doing the best job for the customer and by extension for the company he is representing. He provided answers to any and all of the questions we asked of him. He's very smart. Additional praise for Michael another technician we were pleased to have met,who accompanied Juan for the initial site inspection and later for prep work. Finally, we met John when he arrived with Michael for a service call. It was raining hard at the time. But Michael and John were out in the thick of it checking on what was requested. Not to be overlooked is Will at the office. I've had the pleasure of speaking with Will on a few occasions. He answered my questions and followed up when a return call was needed. Another one of the many great employees at Sharp Energy.
