They came out to give me a quote. The gentleman answered my questions and left. He recommended I go in a different direction which I appreciated. I just got an email from a collection agency saying I have an unpaid bill? I never got a bill (I assume for the estimate) and this is going to hit my credit obviously, for some time. I looked at my emails and had not received anything. I would have appreciated a phone call or text message.
John and Mike came out to our family home and they fixed our fireplace within minutes! They were both truly amazing. Great customer service along with client education!
