John went above and beyond the call of duty. John came out to install monitors for our lp tanks. In our conversation he found out that the system had not had the original safety check. He installed the monitors and did the safety check. He put the generator on line. My wife has COPD and is on oxygen therapy. We are so grateful to John for getting our back up generator on line. Thank you so very much.
Sharp Energy and their technician, Juan, did a fantastic job at my house today. Juan even went above and beyond making sure my gas grill was connected to the mainline vs a store bought propane tank!
I had a safety inspection after purchasing this house and decided to keep the service for my fireplaces. My technician Juan R. came out to the house and right off was very courteous. He was so informative about everything he did and explained it in detail. He showed me exactly what to do in an emergency situation. Just an all around good guy and this was a great experience.
Huge thanks to John Cowart! He came out promptly when I smelled gas & went above & beyond to ensure we could still use our gas water heater & stove until the full repair crew arrives. He even got stung by wasps in the process & kept going without missing a beat. Truly amazing service & professionalism! Highly recommend!
Anthony HAS to be the best driver this company has. I think he should do a commercial! Always provides knowledge with services and never leaves until he gets a smile! Go Anthony!
This was an after hours call and they were great. They found the leak at the valve. Cleaned up the pit and made sure everything was working before leaving. Thanks Juan and Mike😄
Sharp has been excellent. John (Jax) just completed my safety check and even relit my fireplace pilot. He took the time to answer my questions about propane safety.
Juan Roman did a great job placing my new propane tank in my yard! He was very professional, courteous, patient. And, he explained everything to me along the way. When Juan arrived at my house, He told me he was going to place my propane tank in my yard, and before he leaves, he would make sure everything was correct and that I understood everything that he did. Juan did exactly that! I am very happy with the service Juan provided! Also, TY Rigney guided me through the process of getting started with Sharp Energy when I was looking for a new propane company. Ty was Always there for me when I reached out for assistance Charity Aycock was Very responsive as well. I had a great experience with Sharp Energy!
Mike and Juan arrived in record time for a propane leak call. They were able to isolate the problem very quickly. Unfortunately the news wasn’t good but they gave us a path forward. Mike and Juan are both true professionals and we were lucky they answered the call
John, your service representative yesterday, was outstanding! He diagnosed the problem with our gas fireplace quickly and got our fireplace working again! John was very pleasant and we couldn’t be more pleased with the work he did for us. We would not hesitate to recommend him to our friends and neighbors.
