Lemon curd loaf ⭐⭐⭐⭐ - pretty good, not overly sweet - tastes great with coffee Avocado toast ⭐⭐⭐✨ - pretty flavorful, has read seasoning on it and pepper - used to come with salad years ago, but now it doesn't - I like the spices they add and the fact they add carrots - wish the egg was a runny egg, not fried Burnside ⭐⭐✨ - unsure if I like the taste, little dry for me - it's vegan though, so if that's you're only option it's pretty good to fulfill that need --- Rose City matcha ⭐⭐ - it would be good if you like really bitter matcha? - it's good bc is isn't overly sweet but I was hoping for something interesting for a rose City matcha Iced Matcha latte ⭐⭐⭐✨ - didn't blow my mind, wasn't flavorful but also wasn't overly bitter which would make me order this again - it served its function ❤️Iced Jasmine matcha ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ - absolutely knocked out of the park - the tiniest bit floral but not overly so - not too sweet - has a cute flower floating in it! - hope this stays around forever Americano ⭐⭐⭐⭐✨ - really smooth, not acidic
Cordata and cold fashioned were fantastic (cold fashioned was a little on the sweet side for my tastes) and so glad they had oat milk! Nutty breakfast bar was a total win, highly recommend. It is basically a giant hunk of granola, though, so it’s pretty sweet and filling
The interior is lovely and the vibes are cozy. I can imagine how perfect this coffee shop is during autumn! I had the daydreamer latte - it was smooth and well balanced, with perfect silky foam. It was perfect for the cool morning. And it was a short walk from our hotel. I’ll def be back next time I’m in Portland!
Very cozy café with house blended teas, freshly roasted coffee, fresh baked goods, comfortable seating options and friendly staff. Love the local southern Oregon touches like the burlwood tables, elk antlers and a massive map of the Oregon territory. If you get there before 3 PM, try their avocado and fried egg toast or the rosemary chevre with homemade berry compote toast.
Had a wonderful breakfast sandwich on an everything bagel. The peppers and aioli added a lot of character and the bagels was great. I also had an iced americano with hazelnut that was very tasty. I would definitely recommend to anyone hanging out in the Pearl District.
Nice coffee shop in the Pearl District with good service. They open early everyday and has a breakfast menu. At the moment, indoor seatings are blocked but there are about 7, 8 tables outside and it was actually quite lovely to sit in the parklet to enjoy my coffee and breakfast muffin to start a day.
Friends met here to chat and say good bye after a fabulous retreat. Being with good company almost always makes a huge difference. I had the chai tea with oat milk (it was okay) I wish it was hotter and a bit richer in flavor. I would recommend this as a spot to meet (great parking) and a nice atmosphere. The other patrons were also very nice. It get jumping on a Sunday mid-morning. I was fortunate to beat the rush. I'd recommend this spot
This place is so nice!!! The baristas are very friendly and the drinks are delicious. I asked for more simple syrup for my drink and the barista was so kind and understanding :-)
This is a great place to host a small book club meeting. There is something for everyone here. The only downside is there is not much seating for medium sized groups.
Don’t miss this spot! I can’t say enough great things about the coffee, the food, and the people. If I could live here, I just might. The bagel breakfast sandwich is my go-to morning meal. Made with a fresh, local bagel and thick cut bacon - good luck resisting. I prefer it with the everything bagel, but plain is also an option.
