first time using the app and the last time. i ordered ahead and checked in, still waited 20 min and my entire order was wrong. the lady came out to get it and took the other food back and said i will see if you can keep this order too. i had to wait another 20 min for my order to be made for her to say sorry, you didnt pay for that order so you cant keep it, we have to throw it away. no sorry or anything so it was pointless to use it. i am not even sure i will eat at sonic at all anymore.
this is the 4th time i’ve had my delivery order abruptly cancelled. each time, this location has either stopped taking delivery orders entirely without communication, or i’ve waited over an hour for an order that was supposed to be delivered. the employees are rude and just dont seem to care whatsoever, and continuously cancelling orders is very irritating.
Lady with all black clothing and black and red extensions, was very rude and unprofessional, acted like she was walking to the electric chair.
Pulled up to order and after 10 minutes someone came over the intercom and rudely stated that they were busy with the drive through so we couldn't order there. Moved to the drive through that had 4 cars and have been awaiting for 30 minutes. First visit and this will be my last.
Most likely the worst fast food experience I've ever had. When I pulled up and hit the button it had timed out after 5 minutes or so and I had to hit it again to order. Finally ordered a popcorn chicken meal with a shake to drink. After waiting 20 minutes I went ahead and just left empty handed. I was already now running late for work and didn't have time to eat. Really disappointing and after seeing some of these other reviews, this location would probably serve best being shut down.
The food was too greasy for my stomach to handle. It was bland and far too greasy. It was just not enjoyable to eat at all. I wanted a quick bite but I regretted it and went home hungry because I refused to finish it. The drink was the only thing good about my meal, which even tasted off.
Friday night only the drive thru was open. I sat there for 5 minutes and was ignored by 2 employees. So I pulled to a stall and pushed the button. A very rude young lady tells me drive thru only. I attempted to tell her it was for door dash... She cut me off and repeated herself. I won't be returning to this location any time soon.
I go to Sonic for the Ice and drinks. But I've noticed with a lot of Sonic employees who give you your food, their nails are always duty. And it dawned on me the carhops go in and outside handling money then turning around handling your food. I've witnessed a lot concerning cleanliness at Sonic. That is the main reason I rarely visit Sonic. I would like to go there more but I'm very watchful when it comes to cleanliness.
Whole Staff just talking to eachother and playing around while the store was wrapped. Granted I came through around 11 so it was almost closing time. I work in fast food myself and honestly I get it. But when it takes 40+ minutes to get through the drive through that’s a problem. I’ve worked at sonic. It shouldn’t take that long.
I ordered a Chilli cheese coney and they gave me Chilli cheese tots that I did not order. I call the store to resolve the issue and the lady on the phone had an attitude because I did have a ticket number . I had a receipt on the bag and she said that wasn't it and processed to hang up in my face. I will be reporting to corporate office. Charging me 17.26 for something I didn't order
