this is the 4th time i’ve had my delivery order abruptly cancelled. each time, this location has either stopped taking delivery orders entirely without communication, or i’ve waited over an hour for an order that was supposed to be delivered. the employees are rude and just dont seem to care whatsoever, and continuously cancelling orders is very irritating.
The wait in the drive thru was over15 min. When I got home my order wasn't right. They only got a two because I called back up there and told them they gave me a grilled chicken,when I asked for a chrispy chicken sandwich. They told me to come back I told that lady it was to damn cold to come back out. So she took my name and will give my two crispy chicken next time I'm there. Thank you.
Every time we go there we have to wait just to have our order taken, then the actual order is usually wrong and can take 15 to 20 minutes or longer to get our order. Not very friendly service. I would love to go to this location more often, especially in the summer with all the shakes and ice cream, but I won't because no one should have to spend 30 minutes waiting for a chocolate shake. Please do something about this location!
This sonic is the slowest sonic ever!!!! I placed a mobile order and the kid comes out and tries to give my food to someone else and he starts wondering around looking for the spot and I'm like hey that’s mine food and he goes did you place a mobile order and I said yes and he tells me I put the wrong spot and I’m like no I put spot 10 and the bag even says stall 10 and he was like nope. Well it literally says stall 10. I hope that boy stays in school cause he obviously can’t count or read 😒🤣🤣
Lady was very helpful while moving back and forth. Nice clean, all in all peaceful place yo eat, made me want to go back soon.
first time using the app and the last time. i ordered ahead and checked in, still waited 20 min and my entire order was wrong. the lady came out to get it and took the other food back and said i will see if you can keep this order too. i had to wait another 20 min for my order to be made for her to say sorry, you didnt pay for that order so you cant keep it, we have to throw it away. no sorry or anything so it was pointless to use it. i am not even sure i will eat at sonic at all anymore.
Have been waiting for our order to be taken for 6 minutes. It is 4:56 p.m. on 7/19/17 and the only 2 employees in sight are too busy outside trying to determine "who ain't gonna let who talk to me like that". Just a whole lot of one guy cussing at the other telling him he don't let nobody talk to him like that ever. Blah blah blah. Maybe these employees should realize while they were arguing about who was tougher they lost several customers. Good job sonic smh
My experience at sonic was horrible. I told the person three times that I wanna different sauce honey mustard and I also asked for ketchup I did not get neither and the food was $24 for just a number one and a number 11 which I think is overpaying for no freaking reason at all. Boys were really rude.
Never let one worker run a restaurant ever…. Terrible wait but that is not the workers fault the company’s fault… waited 25 minutes because they couldn’t get more than one person to come in…..give that dude a raise
I have been coming to this Sonic for the last 2 years and order at least once a day for myself or for my coworkers. I appreciate everyone I have interacted with. Anytime there has been an issue or a complication, everyone is patient and helpful. I just had an issue today with the App and Rainie was so awesome in helping me with getting my order. Thank you so much Rainie. I appreciate you more than you realize especially when you see me almost everyday ❤
