The barista was rude to customers which caused a scene. Another customer got involved. It was uncomfortable and unnecessary. The barista could have been kind. I will never go in that store again. I am ashamed of young people these days. Please practice kindness. Please

Usually no problem with my drinks. But employees not that friendly
They do lose 1 star due to a previous issue. But Mikayla being as pleasant as she was today while I got my drink gave me a good feeling I think things waa addressed. Thanks Mikayla Chris
Just came to this Starbucks which I have been coming for the last 2 years or so and the manager Frank was a complete AH to me in my husband when the only thing I told him that the app wasn’t working since I usually order it online, he proceeded to brush me off of what I was saying and just wanted me to order. In addition he even seemed annoyed that my order was so “complicated” dude!! Smh the personal here is usually awesome but this dude was a no! Next time I will very well wait for the others to be able to order my “complicated” drink
They need to really work on there time when people are going through the drive through I have been in the drive-thru line15 minutes and still in the drive through the cars are hardly moving
Love this starbucks and love all the wonderful people who are working there. They always make my drink perfect. Iced quad with chocolate cold foam. If I knew how to spell your names, I would give credit. If i find out, I'll edit my review.
Usually pretty fast service, but my drink is wrong every time, no matter what I order. I wish they would take the time to slow down and get it right. The staff are friendly, but it's disappointing to pay $12 for an order and the pastry isn't even warm, etc. Today I ordered a flat white and it came back foamy, which isn't how it's supposed to be -- thus the name "flat."
Good food and service, quick turnaround on drinks (coffee). Seating options inside are a bit limited, not highly geared towards comfy, but it's still reasonably cozy. Music volume inside was a bit loud for having a meeting.
Made suggestions that my dog in a permanent down stay was not a service animal due to not being in vest? You do understand how many people simply buy one off Amazon to pass their untrained dogs, correct?
