Closed at 6:53 when scheduled to close at 9pm, no explanation no apologies just we’re closed when there’s a whole crew of staff at the location.
This location always has the nicest people. They are efficient and friendly. They make the BEST chai tea latte in the area. I drive past a couple of Starbucks to go to this one because my drink is always so good. Today they were having technical problems and everyone was still super nice and helpful and still didn't take as long as it could have. My favorite Starbucks 🙂🙂
Went in the store. No customers inside or in the driveway. 5 employees, not one would take my order. Stood there for awhile, backed up to the door, stood there for awhile thinking someone would care. Nope. Finally got someones attention and said" 5 people here and no one will take my order?" She said " she's on the phone". She wasn't when I came in and I don't care who's on the phone, customer standing there should get priority
I was the only person inside. After I ordered and paid, I watched drinks being made. Understandably, some of those were for the drive-thru. However, several drinks were placed in front of me, but they were online orders for people who weren't there yet. I waited at least 5 minutes for my drink. I feel like the people who are waiting should get their drinks before drinks are made for people who aren't there yet. I felt like my in-store order was given less priority than online orders. Why??
Normally, I've never had any problems going to this Starbucks, but Thursday morning I stopped by and it was very busy both in the drive thru and inside. I waited over 10 minutes for my order. Then this morning I went through the drive through and ordered a drink and a piece of pumpkin bread. My drink was fine, but I got banana nut bread. While I like it, it wasn't what I ordered.
Typical Starbucks quality, so good. Service was definitely lack that morning. We got there at 5:30 and they wouldn't open for another 30 mins. No problem, there were about 4 employees that arrived while we were waiting. 6 came and went, they didn't open. Finally, a lady in the car behind us (there were 5 cars waiting) went to the door to get the employees attention. Long story short, it was 6:15-6:20 before our order was taken, we were the first car.
Told worker “carmel at the bottom” got to the window the drink had whipped cream on it . So once I was trying to get their attention the man and the other worker ignored me , He noticed I said no whipped cream he came to the window and said “carmel at the bottom” then shut the window on me before I could even say Yes .
This is our favorite Starbucks! We go almost every day and the staff is super friendly.
I accidentally ordered my starbucks drink to the wrong location and Addi kindly made my drink for me! Great Customer service!
Literal hair in my drink?? Fyi, I'm blonde. Minimal assurance that it won't happen again. Poor refund options.
