Service was excellent!! The only issue I have was the drink looked like it had been sitting. I got 2 caramel Frappuccinos and on both the whip cream was already melted and the ice was almost nonexistent. I've had this drink for about 20 minutes and you can see there is now zero ice in it.
After leaving my oatmeal off my order causing me to return and come into the store, they made me a soupy batch causing me to return and come back in. After waiting 5-10 min in line and oatmeal was still soupy, they told me it needed to steep. When I told them it had enough time to steep, the lady with red hair angrily made another batch. When I opened it was a glue like substance, it seemed on purpose. I didn't go back in. The coffee with milk were a dark Carmel color, when I asked for more milk, they then dumped 2inches out and over poured the milk resulting in cold coffee. This was a mismanaged and very rude crew. So disappointing.
The entire staff at this location is amazing, humble and kind! The new manager Joey is just a ray of sunshine! My daughter and I love coming here and it is so nice to be a regular at this store and having the awesome baristas greet you by your first name every time you walk in the door. They sure do treat you like family here. The drinks are great, but the staff and the experience make your day that much better. We always leave with a smile! Maximus, Lauren, Zo, Michelle, Emilia, Abby, Jocelyn, Joey and everyone on the morning or night crew goes above and beyond to make each coffee and experience the best it can be! Thank you for making each day a great day! Call it kindness in a cup!
Am disappointed my Coffee is Trash syrup was never mixed it sat at the bottom of my cup 1/4 in thick . They always forget the toppings . No whip or foam on my gingerbread latte nor my kids hot chocolate. I threw it out
The drinks are good. Most of the staff is great..... there's a rude employee or 2.... maybe that hadn't had their coffee yet
I don’t usually leave reviews like this, but I felt it was important to share feedback after my visit today. As someone who has worked in this industry, I understand that drive-through orders often get priority—but in-store customers still matter. I walked in and wasn’t greeted at all. I stood at the counter for about five minutes with no acknowledgment, then sat down and waited another eight minutes. Still, no one checked in or asked if I needed help. During that time, three other customers walked in, placed orders at the register, and received their food and drinks before I did. Eventually, I gave up, got in my car, and went through the drive-through—where I should’ve gone in the first place for my mobile order. As soon as I pulled up, I received my items almost immediately. A gentleman mentioned that my drink had been sitting for a while and mentioned they were going to remake it, which I appreciated. I just don’t understand why I was completely overlooked inside while my order sat there. Moving forward, I’ll be sticking to the drive-through if I come back.
I’ll be honest, I used to hate this location. No one was nice. My orders were constantly wrong. I’d say in the last 2-3 years maybe, the service has improved greatly and there are new employees. In the last year this store and their employees have gone above and beyond above and beyond!! Thank you so much!! It makes me sad though when they feel they have to repeatedly apologize for situations beyond their control or for simple mistakes. You can tell they’ve been abused by irrational customers. I appreciate all of you and I want to thank the entire store for their courtesy, kindness, and smiles! Pat yourselves on the back!!
The staff is always welcoming and having fun. One of the better locations to go to. They’re usually more busy so they do get behind, but that doesn’t change their service. And if they mess something up, they fix it without complaint. Love it here!
Made my coffee wrong cold sandwich with hair all ugly attitude at the window why I have to pay for this?!? I need a refund I already spoke with manager about receiving burnt shots which after all these years I didn’t even know this was a thing !?!? Tell here I’m nice I leave compliments very unhappy
This is the slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been too. The drinks also lack flavor compared to others but the service is super slow. I was In like for almost 30 minutes this morning I’ve been inside also super slow!
