They can't break a $100 bill even if you buy more than $30. For a bottle tea they refuse to give me a cup of ice very bad experience.
Terrible Service, baristas aren't capable of any deviations from standard orders. Extremely rude and condescending demeanor. Also got order wrong AND overcharged. Will not be going back. Also, they lie on their app and say they are out of things that they actually have.
“Taylor” the barista was really rude, and seemed super annoyed for simply having to take my order. Live close, but with so many other Starbucks around, I won’t be back to this one. Note so many other people leaving reviews for bad service. Management needs to do something.
Came by on a Friday at 8pm (website and hours on the door say 9pm). It was closed. Times are tough, and people call out. But if you're closing early, it's not hard to put a sign out rather than just glaring at the customer through the window until they go away. At least you'll be stocked for tomorrow since you let the delivery guy in. Thanks
Seattle University Starbucks. Red is worn a lot in this place. Find a spot to get intellectual work done. Small tables are cozy. Get in and out of your seat fast. A little uncomfortable if you hover arranging your things. Gets really crowded. Very, very, studious. Parking on side and back street. Bike lane and lots of cross walks.
Finished a great day at special Olympics in seattle, went to get a Starbucks where Stacie the manager gave me 4 free coffees to take back for volunteers...😁😎. What a lovely gesture...there were 4 very grateful workers at the Olympics enjoying coffee...😋😊. Thank You Stacie...
One of the baristas today was very rude, yelled at me. Never going again.
Starbucks is great if you need a quick bite to eat, but it doesn't compare to all the local coffee shops in Seattle. If you want great coffee, find any local coffee shop near you.
I got to this Starbucks several times a week. I always order via the App, and the employees often remember my face (even with a mask on) and begin handing me my order before I reach the pickup counter😉👌🏻
Very clean store and friendly staff working here. I appreciate how nice the staff is and the fast paced work they do.
