I tried two new holiday drinks over there, and I felt satisfied. Caramel Brulée Latte The Caramel Brulée Latte features Starbucks signature Espresso Roast, steamed milk and rich caramel brulée sauce, topped with whipped cream and a supreme topping of even more caramel brulée bits. Available hot, iced, and as a Frappuccino® blended beverage. I don't like too sweet so I ordered 2 pumps(the original is 3 pumps) for tall and 2 shots for it, and it was good. the sweetness is perfect. Chestnut Praline Latte starts with signature Espresso Roast and velvety steamed milk, along with flavors of caramelized chestnuts and spices, topped with whipped cream and spiced praline crumbs. Available hot, iced, and as a Frappuccino® blended beverage. I am okay with the sweetness of this latte, and it was fantastic!
I was completely in the wrong and ordered the wrong sauce for my matcha. Barista was very pleasant and remade the drink. I felt so bad, and I am so glad they were able to remake it.
Great location for coffee and people watching, lots of seating and windows. The staff is super friendly and attentive, I definitely feel welcomed whenever I come here.
If you go to Starbucks for its name it’s ok. For drink go somewhere else. They sell you more ice than drink.
Beautiful Starbucks store with nice Batistas. The customers here are usually students who attend Seattle University, so there aren't many unexpected circumstances. Services is good and fast although this store doesn't usually have a lot of customers in comparison to the busy Starbuckses. The only thing I would say is that they don't ask for customers names because it's slow, but that throws of a part of the customer experience.
I'm not a coffee drinker, but this Starbucks has been my chief source of snacks or breakfast for the last five years (except during 2020). Like a lot of people around here I go to work early -- get there between 4 and 6, depending on the day -- and sometimes I need a sandwich or something really badly. They're all great people -- I've had real conversations with several of the baristas and learned several cool and useful things (about other universities, geography, etc.), and more importantly, enjoyed the community/friendship. New thingy: They now have Impossible sandwiches! (And they're good.)
This place is next to my school. I literally come here everyday, once or even twice. The staff is so nice and welcoming. They remember my name and my drink every single time which obviously do make me feel special. Love it!
quick one minute walk from Seattle university. Wait time was like 7 mins for 3 drinks so not to bad. It was decently crowded but the drinks and snacks were good.
This Starbucks is slow even when not busy and I have never gotten the correct drink the first time around on any visit. I'm not even talking about complicated custom drinks either. There are so many Starbucks in Seattle, my suggestion is to go to another one.
When asking for a refill, the barista gave me an awfully crude look and went on to give a spiel about their free refill policy (which I am completely aware of). He basically insinuated me of purchasing my drink from another store and then bringing it in. However, I had ordered from a different barista an hour earlier and sat at one of the tables to study. My previous experiences at this store were great, but this misplaced accusation was so rude and unnecessary. Will not be returning. There are plenty of other Starbucks with employees who do NOT falsely accuse their customers.
