Staff is always really nice and very kind. There's been a few times where my car didn't work. And at 1 of the locations, the girl was so nice. She just gave it to me. Anyways, I thought that was really kind of her. Of course, I would never expect that she knows. I didn't go there to try to do that. It's just the thought. Most places will not do that for you.Anymore they were very understanding.Most places are not understanding anymore.These days
This Starbucks location is close to Seattle University. Lots of college kids coming in but it wasn’t too busy when I came in. I got one of my favorite drinks (Caramel Frap) with extra caramel. It was ok. Looked and tasted like a regular caramel frap with no extra caramel. It only had a drizzle...then they were out of chocolate chip cookies. Not too many pastries left and it was still early. I like the ambiance of the place though.
The drinks here are good but im not sure about the staffing.. i tried to go into the restroom with my young daughter to help her, because she is a very young child and therefore can’t use the restroom by herself. But when i got out of the stall I got bombarded from the staff about the toilets being “single occupancy” I truly understand this rule, but my daughter could have hurten herself or made a mess in there by herself. The rest of the service by the other employees was good and well managed.
Kirsten at this location who took my order was an absolute angel!!! I don't usually leave reviews but I just had to after the impeccable service and friendliness of this person. I'll keep coming here again and again after this wonderful experience. Please give Kirsten a raise and a bonus. One of the best Starbucks workers I've ever met.
Nothing against the store, everything against the hours from 10-12 when the store fills up with middle school kids. Delays drinks like crazy and an incredibly obnoxious atmosphere

Take care! So far behind on drinks that I had to leave before picking up my paid-for drink because of time issues. Do not trust this place to get your drink done in a reasonable amount of time in the mornings.
This Starbucks has wooden floors and hard bar stools for chairs. Nowhere do I see any plush couches or armchairs. No signs of comfort and easy sitting. The colors are are dark browns and blacks, while lighting is subdued and posters and decor is in short supply. The center of the aisle contains one bar with bar stools on either side of it. People may sit on both sides, encouraging talking and intimacy. Oh, yeah, let's add to that, password protected bathrooms. What the heck is this world coming to? Starbucks patrons seem to be all college students or older high school students. Nothing wrong with that. Everyone is carrying some kind of messenger bag or book bag--that goes with a glass of water or with some sort of iced drink or Frappuccino. My cappachino wasn't to the standard I am used to. I guess I'm used to the California variety of cappachinos much better. Here, not as much caramel was used and it just didn't taste as good as the California one. And while the inside the Starbucks looks quaint, it's not my style. I'd rather see places to cozy into and drink coffee--this is just too, too, too, I don't know, too much,too hard. This small tiny place is designed to get people in take their money, and get them outside the door. This place is not designed to have people sit and enjoy the coffee there. RECOMMENDATION: So my recommendation is this, if you enjoy taking your coffee and walking or sitting on hard bar stools then this is the place for you. If you enjoy sitting a few minutes in a cozy chair and sipping her coffee down to wake up, this is not place for you.
This one doesn't have an inviting sit down atmosphere. Little more open with seating along the wall and windows, but it is what it is in the times of the pandemic. Staff were friendly and the drink was good. That's what matters
