I had an incredible shopping and styling experience with Chris. I urgently needed a blazer for a television appearance and was on a tight schedule. Chris promptly addressed my needs and provided a quick and efficient look for my appearance. I feel confident in my choice and it was a great value for the price.
I had a mediocre experience at a different location where one of my suits were rushed and the sizing was off but when I went back to Soho, Briana helped me pick out two amazing suits. Customer service was premium, minimal wait times, suits adjusted and fit down to a tee. Since that experience I’ve gone back to get 2 more suits and will continue to visit when I need a new stylish fit. The soho store is my pick of the bunch and Briana takes premium customer service to new levels. Ask for her next time you go!
Went to SuitSupply to get a new suit, and Jada helped me with everything I needed. She could tell my size just by looking, had several great options ready for me to choose from, making the whole process very time efficient and stress-free. Definitely recommend asking for Jada. Thank you again 😊
Nice personalized service. Lots of amenities like roof decks and party rooms. Seems geared toward wedding parties, but found a nice suite. Selection was not as large as the 6 stories suggests. Not the only place I would look if I was in need of another suite. They altered while I waited.

Upon entering I was greeted by a shorter lady of Asian descent, did not get her name. The interaction from the start felt a bit rushed & dismissive. I tried sharing that I was shopping for a suit, have a wedding to attend in the coming weeks and was just pointed in a direction off in some corner. I looked around briefly before deciding just to leave, was very disappointed to have received such a dismissive attitude; I work in the retail industry, within the same neighborhood as this location was expecting more of an insightful guided experience if nothing else.
First suit shopping experience & Tanaya was extremely helpful. Super knowledgeable, super helpful wit styling tips, super patient, super attentive & interpersonal. She makes me want to come back & buy a suit once a month. The options seemed endless & the price points are definitely investment level but the quality is reflected.
Chetachi is truly a master of his craft. Incredible service, and stayed late to ensure I was properly taken care of. My new loyalty to suit supply comes from the incredible service he offered. 12/10
Just had my suit jacket altered by Suitsupply Soho. Brychelle was my Style Advisor and Jordy was with Customer Service. They both helped make it happen to get me ready for a family wedding. So thankful!
I’ve worked with a lot of different tailors for suits but Chris has to be one of the best I’ve worked with. He knew exactly what he was doing and made me feel very comfortable doing alterations and explained the reason behind each alteration very well. 10/10
