Sake flight for $20 😍
I told my friends when I came back to visit them in Portland I wanted to see some of their new favorite spots, since I moved away 4yrs ago. They took me here, to Sunflower Sake, where we got to hang and enjoy a sake flight. It was such a relaxing vibe and I was impressed by the sake selection they are able to fit into a smaller space. I ended up purchasing a couple bottles. Great place to chill and catch up with friends.
Been a club member for over a year at Sunflower has been an eye opening and wonderful experience. Nina, the owner is a wonderful and kind host sharing her knowledge and experience in the Sake industry. Definitely attend the bi-monthly classes if you want to gain more experience in sake that is not widely available in the US.
Totally worth stopping in! The owner was super knowledgeable and helpful to introduce us into the world of sake! I'll definitely go back to try more!
i love this shop but i wish it were open at least till 8 or later? we always want to go but miss it due to working in service industry/helping professions where we get out around 6-7pm, when it closes!
Just incredible. Huge selection of any flavor profile you could possibly be looking for as well as some fun stuff, like yuzu or blood orange flavored sake. Staff is so knowledgeable and nice, they will be able to answer any question you could possibly think of. So grateful I stopped by on a whim. Looking forward to trying a sake flight with some friends in the future.
