My experience with tailored in white was truly amazing. I used TIW for wedding dress alterations/bustle as well as making a custom robe for my wedding day from my mother's wedding dress. Every single time I was in my dress the TIW team made me feel so special and attended to. I also thought the bustle was amazing and did not change or impact the silhouette of my dress. They were also very thoughtful with adding the belt to my dress and making it so there was no gap where the belt clasped together. I also want to give a special shoutout to Michael who worked very closely with me through this process. He has such a great energy and was so easy to work with when building the robe from my mom's dress. Trust me when I say this group of people will take really good care of you and make you feel so amazing in whatever you chose to wear on your wedding day. I took my wedding dress to Tailored In White to be cleaned, preserved, and boxed. I was told when I dropped it off in Mid-September that it would take 6-8 weeks to be completed. I just picked it up today, mid February, a full 22 weeks since I dropped it off. I was never notified of the delay from Tailored in White. And it took multiple phone calls from my end to get an actual update on its status. I was only given $50 off the service by the company when I explained multiple times that this service is unacceptable. I would not take your dress here!

⚠️ WARNING: If you value your wedding dress, avoid this place at all costs. ⚠️ What should have been one of the happiest experiences of my life — finding and perfecting my wedding dress — turned into an absolute nightmare. They had my gown for almost 3 months, charged me nearly $1,400, and in the end, so much was done wrong, sloppily, or not done at all. I walked away from my final pickup just two days before my wedding in tears, crying in my car, because my dream dress was ruined. From day one, I told them over and over that the left breast was missing a cup and liner. I was even charged $80 specifically for this fix. After reminding them at every appointment, I came to my “final” pickup — and it STILL wasn’t done. Only after I pointed it out yet again did they scramble for 20+ minutes to shove in a cup so it looked halfway even. I couldn’t believe how careless they were with something so important. The worst heartbreak came when I saw what they had done to the design itself. There was a beautiful handmade detail flowing down the back of my corset — one of my absolute favorite parts of the gown. Without permission, they cut it completely off. When I asked about it, they admitted they had chopped it in half and reattached it incorrectly, not even starting from the corset. They destroyed a piece of the dress that made it truly special. Other issues piled on: • Requests I made to stitch down lifted pieces of the corset were ignored over and over. At my final pickup, it was STILL undone, and they had to fix it while I sat there waiting. • They “fixed” my zipper because something was off with it, leaving me terrified it would break on my wedding day. • A tailor admitted they had only worked on it the day before — proving they let my dress sit for weeks untouched, only to rush it at the very last second. The treatment I received was just as awful as the work itself. Aside from one girl at the end and one blonde tailor, the rest of the staff were condescending, dismissive, and rude. There was no communication between them, no consistency, and absolutely no compassion for the fact that this was a wedding dress — not just some piece of fabric. In the end, my dress fit and looked worse than it did the day I bought it. I left devastated, with my wedding just days away, knowing the dress I had dreamed of would never look the way I had imagined. This was supposed to be the happiest moment, and instead, it left me crying and heartbroken. Please, if you are a bride, do not risk going through what I did. This company should not be trusted with something so meaningful. Run — don’t walk. Run away from this place.

THE BEST!! i would highly recommend coming here for your alterations, not only are they amazing at what they do but the people there are just as amazing. everyone was so kind and helpful through my alteration journey. I worked with almost all of them and they each were amazing. I didn’t think my dress could look better and thanks to them it’s perfect🩷

I had a wonderful experience with Tailored in White, every appointment was quick and easy. All of my concerns throughout the alterations process we’re addressed and my dress fit and looked perfect on my wedding day. My dress had to be taken in several time to achieve the perfect bodice fit, all the gals paid super close attention to detail throughout the process! All of the women at Tailored in White were so kind and friendly and I genuinely miss my regular appointments with them now that the wedding is done! I’d definitely recommend Tailored in White to any bride!

I was recommended to get my wedding dress tailored through Tailored in White since I bought it at A&Bé Bridal in Denver! I had an amazing experience, and I simply cannot recommend them enough. The process was so seamless, and they have all of their steps down to a tee. Every seamstress, manager, stylist, etc that I interacted with was so kind and always listened to my edits and comments and I knew that they just wanted me to feel my absolute best in my dress! If you have the chance to go with TIW - Please do!!

Had such a great experience here! The entire team was super kind and attentive. My dress was originally a bit too long and big on me, and now it fits PERFECTLY. They added a bustle as well which is beautiful. 10/10 recommend!

I can’t recommend this place enough! The manager and head dressmaker completely transformed my wedding dress. From the very first (free!) consultation, they listened so carefully to everything I was hoping for. They added extra boning to the corset for better support and reworked the sleeves so I had more room to move and breathe something I didn’t even realize would make such a difference on a long wedding day. They also made a subtle but genius adjustment to the sleeves so they stayed perfectly in place all day. No slipping, no fuss. Every detail showed how much they care about their work and their clients. The fit was absolutely flawless like it was made just for me, because it pretty much was. This wasn’t just a dress alteration it was a personalized experience that made me feel elegant, comfortable, and totally confident on my big day. Huge thank you to the whole team!
