Overall, I had a positive experience at Tailored in White. Upon arrival, Nova made me feel very welcomed. Her kindness and understanding was the thing that will stick with me the most! I appreciated that she made me feel more comfortable in a situation that could've so easily felt stressful. I had very minimal work done to my dress (we took the sides in a hair and hemmed it), and I left happy with the work that was done. There are a few things I wished had been better. I found it strange that the cost of my hem changed multiple times (all before any work on the hem had been done). Nobody ever addressed this change with me, and it ended up being $200 cheaper than I was originally told, so I just went with it. I also didn't love that the woman working on my dress told me she doesn't like the shop I got it at (Grace Loves Lace) because they apparently put on a false facade that clients won't need many alterations. Just made me feel uncomfortable and embarrassed, especially considering they are the one's who recommended Tailored in White to me in the first place. I was never trying to be cheap, I just genuinely didn't think I needed some of the alterations that were suggested. Again, my overall experience was a positive one, but just wanted to make sure I gave my honest feedback!

Tailored in White (special shout out to Rachel) were there for me every step of the way during my long dress journey and I’m so grateful. I had an original dress that didn’t show up in the mail as what I saw in the store, but they gave me great feedback and suggestions on what to do. After ultimately deciding on a different dress, I went back and needed to get it sized down. They did a great job with my very structured dress taking it in on the sides, bust and hemline. All the women there are truly kind and wonderful people and always made me feel at ease. When they had forgotten one of the alternations, they made up for it by partially discounting me which I really appreciated. They never made me feel like I was too much and always assured me they could make the changes I wanted. As an anxious bride I was very grateful. Even at the eleventh hour before I was about to get on my plane, they let me come in to fix two small things that were not quite perfect yet and fixed exactly what I wanted. 💕 The only thing I’d say is that they can get pretty busy so just make sure you are asking questions (don’t be scared to speak up!) and are tracking your alterations as you go. Thank you ladies for a gorgeous dress! It fit me like a glove!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Tailored in White!!! They were so incredible to work with through the entire process. They were so kind and supportive and made me feel so special every time I was there . All of the staff were so nice, friendly and professional. The alterations were done perfectly and right on time. I truly couldn’t have asked for a better alterations place. My dress turned out absolutely gorgeous and I LOVE LOVE it!!!! I wouldn’t take my dress anywhere else for alterations. I would give them 10 stars if I could !!!!!

Absolutely AMAZING!!! 🤍🥹 Tailored in White made what I thought would be one of the most stressful parts of wedding planning into such a special and reassuring experience. After finding out I was pregnant, I had to make adjustments to appointments, timelines, and plans for my dress, and I was honestly so worried about whether my dress would still fit and look the way I had always envisioned. From my very first appointment, they made me feel completely confident, comfortable, and secure. They were so accommodating with every change and somehow made everything work perfectly. They truly took all of the stress and worry away and made me feel absolutely beautiful at every fitting. I could not have asked for a better team to trust with my wedding dress! And as if they hadn’t already gone above and beyond, the owner gifted me the sweetest baby gift for our baby boy arriving in January. It was such an unexpected and thoughtful gesture that genuinely brought tears to my eyes. 🥹🤍 I am honestly so sad that this experience has come to an end and that my dress fittings are over! Everyone at Tailored in White has been absolutely amazing, and I am beyond grateful for all of the care, kindness, and talent they put into making my dress perfect. I cannot recommend them enough!!! 🤍

I can’t say enough good things about Tailored in White! They are busy, but it only takes one visit to see why. From start to finish, I felt so cared for and supported, and my dress turned out absolutely perfect. Every detail was handled with such skill and love, and I left each appointment feeling excited and at ease. I’m beyond happy with how my dress fits and so grateful to the amazing team for making this part of my wedding so special.

TIW is such an amazing business with truly quality customer service. It is rare to find a place that is authentic with you and really wants to understand your vision. They made my experience so easy, and although I did not have many alterations to make, I did enjoy every appointment I had with them. It's honestly so sad that it went by so fast - try to soak it up as much as you can. The only concern I ran into on the wedding day was that there was still one alteration pin left in the bottom hem of my dress, but thankfully it wasn't noticeable and we got it out after the ceremony. Otherwise, I felt stunning in my dress and the professional photos will be beautiful!

I had such a great experience with TIW! I had the pleasure of working with Michael, Allie, and Sarah during my alterations process. TIW altered my ceremony, reception, and rehearsal dinner gowns. Michael is a joy to be around - he not only was knowledgeable but also very realistic when communicating what alterations were possible while keeping the integrity of my dress. Allie is fantastic and always ensured I was happy with the micro-fitting process!
