I reached out to Teaching Nomad because, I had heard from others having used their services. After contacting them I can say without a doubt that they are superb. I requested a background check issuance plus authentication and my TEFL certificate authenticated by the relevant embassy. Lake Philpot was professional and responsive. I was surprised at how quick they were able to notarize/legalize and submit my documents for authentication. Each step Lake kept me informed via email of my progress and let me know when my application was completed.
I worked with Amanda from Teaching Nomad to get my paperwork for China sorted. She was responsive and was professional about everything. Although, we had to stop the process of getting the authentication from the Chinese consulate, I was able to get part of my criminal background check legalized. Teaching Nomad has been great in getting a job offer and helping me get my paperwork done. I'd definitely recommend them.
Teaching Nomad helped me twice in the past year get documents authenticated very quickly. Their service is professional and great value. They're very responsive and always keep you up to date about where you are in the authentication process. Thanks again. Would highly recommend!
Lake and Teaching Nomad was extremely personable, knowledgeable, and up to date about the documents I would need authenticated for a Chinese work visa. My authentication process has been completely smooth and detail oriented- right down to expected return times. I couldn’t recommend them enough!
Blazing fast services! Everything from communication to mailing my documents to me as quickly as possible has been a breeze. Background check, degree, and TESOL all came back from the Embassy certified and ready to go! Thank you so much!
Teaching Nomad has now allowed me to only say nothing but positive things about my overall multiple experiences with the company. From the beginning until now Teaching Nomad has been nothing less than a 5 star experience and I would trade with no other company out there the experience I have had that claims to provide the same services as Teaching Nomad! I have used many online services in the past but nothing quite compares to the efficient personal and professional experience you receive with the team at Teaching Nomad. They have handled me with precision and in a timely manner multiple times while utilizing there services that has kept me coming back. Although online services these days are honestly impersonal and lack the consistent quality service, that certainly is not the case here! Thank you for the consistent quality service and great experience and hope to continue to work with you again in the future Teaching Nomad! You are the best!!!!
I recently worked with Athena Close-Anderson to Apostille my TEFL certification, university diploma, and FBI clearance documents. She was exceptional - knowledgeable, quick, efficient, and welcoming. Her professionalism and attention to detail took the stress out of the process. I appreciated the audio/video notarization process, which gave me peace of mind. I'm grateful for the recommendation from my sister, who used this company in 2014. Now, with China joining The Hague Convention, the Apostille process was much simpler. I highly recommend Teaching Nomad for their expertise and professionalism. Thank you, Athena, for an outstanding experience!
I had a great experience with Athena. It was a very smooth process overall. The only glitch was the online meeting but that was minor. I haven't done document legalization since 2015 so was happy the process was painless and straight forward. I definitely recommend Teaching Nomad very highly. Thanls again to Athena and Teaching Nomad!
Despite Athena's pleasant demeanor, I cannot recommend her due to significant professional negligence in processing my paperwork for Kuwait, which caused me to miss my deadline. Key Issues: · Poor Planning: She failed to advise me to order essential documents (like transcripts) during wait periods, causing a 2-week delay. · Critical Error: She "forgot" to include my FBI report with the State Department submission, blaming them for a mistake that added another 2 weeks. · Lack of Priority: It was clear my case was not a priority, likely due to her focus on her own move. While I received a partial refund, it doesn't compensate for the financial loss and profound disappointment. Her mismanagement directly cost me a major opportunity.
Had a great experience using Teaching Nomad to obtain a Chinese tourist visa. Athena was super quick to respond to my questions even before I purchased the service, much more helpful than other visa agencies I've tried. I also completed their 120h TEFL course and I feel that it offered a wealth of example class videos to study that I will certainly return to when I eventually apply this certification.
