Teaching Nomad

The authentications team at Teaching Nomad are top notch professionals. They often know their stuff and when they don't, they find out. They patiently answered my questions; I'm sure I asked the same questions more than once. It's been my absolute pleasure working with them through what would have been a difficult and arduous process. I'm as confident as I can possibly be with my documents as I prepare to move overseas.

Extremely professional and incredibly helpful, Teaching Nomad have made my teaching journey so much simpler and have always been available to assist. I would highly recommend going through them.

I have worked with both Jesse and Lake at Teaching Nomad. I can not say enough good about both of these women. They really helped me in every way possible. They kept me completely posted at all times. They were also very patient with me as I was so new to this process. They are kind, supportive, compassionate, on the ball, and absolutely wonderful. There should be more people like Jesse and Lake in this world. You will be very happy with their service.

Teaching Nomad helped my partner and I get all of our Visa paperwork notorized and authenticated by the Vietnamese Embassy. We are both from the USA but are living in Curaçao with no easy access to the Vietnamese Embassy and on our own it would have been very difficult, time consuming, and more expensive to get all of our documents notorized ourselves and then go through the process at the Vietnamese Embassy. The representatives from Teaching Nomad answered all of my nit-picking and confusing questions clearly and really took the time to make sure we knew what each step was. They were able to do our background checks for us too! They really took care of everything and even bundled the cost for the two of us. We paid a small fee to have all of our documents mailed securely to our future employer, but we could have gotten them mailed to our USA addresses included in the original fee. This was well worth the money for us, and the professionals there have seen it all and know how to get all the paperwork done right! As a travelling teacher I'm going to use them every time now, this was the least stressful move yet thanks to them! Also they were extremely fast!

I was really impressed with Teaching Nomad's professionalism and prompt responses. They were able to answer all of my questions and my documents were completed within the time line they told me. I would highly recommend them to any and all who need to have documents authenticated as they took the stress out of a complex procedure!

Teaching Nomad was super helpful when I found out that my TEFL qualification for a training school in China wasn't authenticated and if it was, would potentially not be accepted in another city. They had a solution for every problem that popped up for me, and was affordable (especially considering the price of other places). Big thanks to Jesse, who was fantastic and thorough at explaining all the options available to me. I would definitely recommend Teaching Nomad for their authentication service (so many options!!) and TEFL qualification.

Teaching Nomad was a life saver! They got my document completed as quick as possible without any delays. Jesse was very responsive and always treated me like a V.I.P. I would 100% recommend this company if you want your documents handled with the upmost care and professionalism.

I had a great experience with Teaching Nomad. They're reliable and prompt in their service. And I would like to send a big "THANK YOU" to the team for preparing our document authentication. Highly recommend.

Amanda was amazing and very responsive to my requests! I was able to get my documents authenticated immediately despite the delays due to the pandemic. She also communicated each step of the process and gave me updates when I requested them. I appreciate all of her help and was able to stay positive because of her support. Thank you Amanda!

All throughout the process of consulting with Teaching Nomad, a period dating back almost one year's time span first as a convenient job board and later as an employer intermediary, I have had nothing but positive experiences from a staff who were diligent in helping me achieve a well-fitting TEFL career. Even after I 'jumped ship', so to speak, and found employment with a firm not under the cooperative onus of Teaching Nomad, the employees I consulted with were incredibly fastidious in guiding me along the often complicated multi-layer process of visa and document authentication. Having consulted and worked with other providers of TEFL employment in the past, my most productive and beneficial experiences have all been with the staff at Teaching Nomad, particularly Amanda and Jesse, who genuinely reflect a caring attitude and a desire to see their customers find the best opportunities abroad.
