Teaching Nomad

I had tried repeatedly to get my visa and additional paperwork to return to China during the 2020 pandemic. After going months stuck stateside while my wife and child were still in China, I was finally able to get my visa processed. All thanks to the attentiveness and diligence of Jesse and Amanda. The visa team at Teaching Nomad has the experience to get things moving and will definitely use their service in the future! Highly recommend.

Teaching Nomad has been great in helping in many aspects of teaching overseas. They've offered advice to us on numerous occasions. We also have had many documents authenticated with them in the US while we've been overseas. They handled everything for us. During this pandemic having people step up professionally has been huge every where. Though we didn't find placement through them this time around, they were extremely professional and responsive to our inquiries. They kept us up to speed on what was going on with different consulates and State Departments. It's a huge relief to have our documents authenticated and I truly appreciate the ease of using Teaching Nomad!

While there may be some cost associated with getting documents authenticated when you are overseas, it is a lot less expensive to use a service such as Teaching Nomad to handle the Embassy work and the time investment. The people at Teaching Nomad were very helpful, they even warned me when they feared that I was buying part of a product that they didn't feel was wholly necessary and offered to return my money in such a case. In another instance when there was a larger issue at play they were willing to take an at-cost; little benefit to them, service to assist. The documents they authenticated arrived safely with no issue. All-in-all I would highly recommend this company to assist you.

I am writing this review for Teaching Nomad and my experience working with them. I cannot say enough how much I have enjoyed my experience working with all the folks on this team. From the first call with my Recruiter Moira to the (marathon long!) authentication process with Amanda, I am truly impressed with just how friendly, responsive and professional these folks were throughout this entire process. Admittedly, the notion of accepting new job and moving overseas in the middle of a pandemic was.. lofty to say the least. However, Moira, Amanda and the Teaching Nomad team really supported me with such grace and made me feel so much comfortable with taking this big leap.
