Took a long time to get connected to a representative but when I did, the representative was pleasant and very helpful.
I’ve been calling daily and have yet to get in contact with anyone ! It just hangs up and send you an automated voicemail !
HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE loan company. Save yourself and do not use this lender.
Can someone please respond to my email and request in regard to my transcript from vista college. I have been trying for months now
They recieved my payment from my bank and did not post it and now they can't find it
Horrible!! Horrible!! Horrible!!, minimum wage customer service. I guess you get what you pay for. Whoever answers that phone is RUDE! UNFRIENDLY! OBNOXIOUS! I am still waiting to speak with someone that knows what the hell they're doing!!!!
2 of their numbers do not work. In fact, to reach them I had to go off site and google the best number to reach them at. The two provided on their website, at least currently, do not work. I have been trying to get in contact with them for the last 30 minutes.
Their online portal is the worst and calling is an even bigger headache with their half an hour wait time. When asked, the employees cannot give an explanation of how they calculate the monthly payments either. Terrible service.
Very hard to get a hold of. Long wait times, not flexible in regards to payment and overall very difficult to deal with. The website is awfully designed. Makes paying for student loans that much worse. If I could give a 0 star I would.
At no time can you get a hold of an actual customer service agent. They never NEVER return your call when you select the option to have them call you when it’s turn. The system repeatedly hangs up on you while you’re waiting. Awful customer service because there is no customer service.
