Amazing whiskey selection, great cocktails, and a very respectable number of beers on tap. The food I had was all excellent. I feel like I could've spent multiple days here trying things on their menu. Everything sounded so good. Cool place, cool vibe, great food, friendly service. I really can't wait to go back!
Food is great - it isn’t the cheapest but is on the cheaper end and no matter what I order it *feels* like it should be more expensive. The quality for the price is insanely good. Service is great and every staff member there I’ve interacted with rocks. Atmosphere is fun - nice and kinda classy but in an approachable and lovably divey kind of way. It’s nice, but not pretentiously nice. It’s one of the special spots here in the Crossroads in my opinion.
What a great spot. Good little beer menu, and impressive whiskey and bourbon menu, not too mention other cocktails. The pretzel bite appetizer was delicious, as was the Mac n Cheese. Had a great time talking with the amazing staff. Sergio was my bartender and his personal list of hand crafted cocktails was amazing. He told me about his passion for making new drinks so I tried a couple, and although I typically don't do cocktails, his creations were top notch. Overall, just a neat local establishment. Cheers to the chef and the staff!
Interesting small bar with an amazing drink selection and the staff was incredibly kind and helpful. We were able to try a phenomenal 23 year Pappy Van Winkle, a whiskey not commonly found in bars. We did not try the food but will be back to do so! (The menu looked really delicious) Definitely recommend to anyone looking to grab a drink that is not at a crowded/noisy bar.
The food is a tad pricey for my personal budget but it is always very good and fresh. Their servers are very nice (Cy in particular) I come here with friends to play pool often, and it's never too busy when we go. This place is always clean and pretty cozy! I recommend their bread pudding.
We had a great time here getting drinks and apps before a show. All the food was delicious, our bartender was great, and the drinks were good. Our only complaint was the portions were on the small side but we probably should’ve just ordered more food. Excited for the pool room to open!
Superb selection of whiskey and bourbon. The staff is friendly and the drinks are tasty. Seating seems limited so it might be tough finding a spot when busy, but I had no trouble on a weeknight. Good selection of craft beer for the beer snobs. They've got plenty of that pappy too.
The Belfry is fantastic. If you love bourbon and whiskey, they have a great selection. They even have their Old fashioned on tap and it's better than most! Food was absolutely delicious, and the staff and atmosphere made for a perfect evening. I could have spent several hours there and enjoyed it. Looking forward to my next trip to KC so I can go back.
The BEST burger in Kansas City! I came back here specifically for that menu item, and was not disappointed. Plus, the location has a great vibe and staff to boot. I highly recommend this gem!
We love this place. It's the perfect place to get a few drinks with friends. It's never too loud to talk, and you can always get a table The drink menu is small, but they are all excellent so we are never wanting for more. Beer selection is always good and interesting. Only complaint is I'd love to see them get rid of the TV, it's just distracting.
